The next morning, when Roman woke up, Suzen was gone. He noticed the empty space beside him, but he didn’t care—whether she stayed or left didn’t matter to him.

He got up, freshened himself, and walked downstairs for breakfast. In the living room, all the girls and aunts were sitting in front of the television. The news was loud—countries were declaring war, tension was rising, and fear was spreading fast.

But Roman? He remained calm. Unbothered.

He took his seat at the dining table.

Suzen saw him and quietly ca over to serve him breakfast. A warm plate of food was placed in front of him, and she stood beside him respectfully.

As Roman ate, one by one, the girls ca over. They surrounded the table, their faces filled with worry.

"What do you think will happen, Roman?"

"Will there really be a war?"

"Should we leave the city?"

Roman didn’t look up. He continued eating and replied in a cold, flat tone:

"I don’t care. Whatever happens, I’ll secure my place in this world."

The girls stared at him, confused and unsure what he ant. But two people understood—Suzen and Nana. They saw sothing different in him.

After breakfast, Roman went back to his room.

anwhile, Rupali pulled Suzen aside and asked her to co to her room. Once inside, she closed the door and locked it.

She turned to Suzen and asked sharply,

"What’s going on between you and Roman?

Since when do you serve him breakfast? You never even served your own husband like that."

Suzen stood quietly for a mont. Then she spoke with a calm but firm voice.

"Things have changed, Rupali. And you know it."

Rupali’s face stayed still, but she kept listening.

Suzen continued, "This war... it’s the end of our husbands’ businesses. Everything is crashing. Our hos, our lands—they’re all mortgaged. We’re standing on the edge of bankruptcy."

She stepped closer.

"You think they left us and our daughters here for protection? No. They left us here for Roman. To get his help—in any way possible. Even if it ans seducing him. You know it as well as I do."

Rupali’s breath slowed, but she didn’t interrupt.

Suzen’s voice dropped lower. "I’m just doing what’s needed to survive. I’m securing my place in this chaos. And so should you."

She looked into Rupali’s eyes and said, "Roman has power now. Real power. Money we can’t even imagine. He’s the tall tree in a storm—and we can either cling to him... or be swept away."

Rupali looked away, but Suzen didn’t stop.

"If using my body is the price I have to pay for safety, then so be it. At least it’s my choice."

She took a step closer, voice softer but sharper.

"You know how your husband’s business partners look at you. They want you. Not for love—but for lust. They’d ruin you. Tear you apart. Is that what you want? To beco so man’s toy in this collapsing world?"

Suzen’s tone grew serious, almost warning.

"Roman is dangerous, yes. But he’s also the safest option we have. And if we can use love, beauty, charm... maybe we can control him. Or at least survive beside him."

She walked to the door, unlocked it, and looked over her shoulder one last ti.

"Think about it. Before it’s too late."

Then she left, leaving Rupali standing in silence.

Alone with her thoughts. And her fears.

-------------------

Rupali sat alone in her room, the curtains drawn,Her fingers clutched the edge of her bed as thoughts raced through her mind—sha, fear, and finally, acceptance.

She had made her decision.

She would serve Roman.

Not out of love. Not out of lust. But out of sheer survival.

She had seen how the world was falling apart—economies collapsing, power grids failing, supplies drying up. There would be no law, no protection. Only strength would matter now. And Roman... had it all.

She sighed deeply, her chest rising and falling.

Yes, she had a MILF body—curves that still turned heads, skin that still glowed, and an elegance that ca with age. And yes, she always hated the way n looked at her during her husband’s business parties... eyes like insects crawling all over her skin, stripping her with every glance.

But now? That sa body was her only weapon.

Tis had truly changed.

In the evening, she t Suzen again—this ti with a different tone. There was no tension between them .Just two won preparing for the sa fate.

"I need to know everything," Rupali said, her voice low but determined. "What kind of woman does Roman like? What clothes? What kind of...kinks he has in bed?"

Suzen simply smirked faintly and began to explain—what Roman appreciated, what he disliked, how he preferred dominance and boldness. She described how he paid attention to effort, how he admired confidence laced with submission.

Rupali took ntal notes.

She spent the rest of the day preparing herself—not just her body, but her mind. She chose a deep maroon lace gown, tight enough to reveal, soft enough to invite. She added light perfu—subtle but unforgettable. Her makeup was flawless, her hair tied in a graceful bun that said mature, yet desirable.

Tonight, she would give it her all. Tonight, she would try to make Roman hers—and hers alone.

But what Rupali didn’t know... was that Roman already knew everything.

Because when she had spoken to Suzen in her locked room earlier, soone else had been listening.

Nana.

Quiet. Innocent-looking. But sharper than anyone gave her credit for.

She had heard the entire conversation through the thin walls, Every word. Every plan.

Roman stood by the window, gazing out into the dying light of dusk when Nana entered.

He didn’t turn around.

"You heard it all?" he asked coldly.

Nana nodded. "Yes... they’re planning to seduce you. Rupali is coming tonight."

Roman smiled—not with amusent, but with cold calculation.

"Let her co," he said, his eyes fixed on the setting sun. "Let’s see how far she’s willing to go."

He turned, eyes eting Nana’s. "And you... you did well."

Nana lowered her head. " I’ll do anything to prove myself."

Roman stepped closer and gently touched her chin, lifting it.

"Good," he said softly. "Because loyalty... is everything now."
