The next day....
Callum and his little family were still staying at King’s Hotel until they managed to find the two thugs who were targeting them yesterday. Erdin and Eliana were curious about why their parents suddenly asked them to stay at the hotel even though they weren’t on vacation. When they wanted to ask about it, their parents’ expressions looked anxious. Has sothing else happened to their parents now? Although they had been quiet all this ti, they knew their parents were going through quite a complicated problem.
Today is Saturday. The twins were advised to play at the hotel, as Callum was so busy that he didn’t have ti to play with them. Now Erdin and Eliana were given various sweet treats like cupcakes, cookies, brownies, and more. This was the only way to keep the twins from throwing a tantrum over not being able to play as much as they wanted on their day off.
"Is the cake delicious?" Callum asked, looking at his twins who were enjoying the tiramisu cake with gusto.
Erdin and Eliana nodded simultaneously. "It tastes delicious!"
"I’m sorry. We were supposed to play outside today, but I invited you guys to play at my hotel instead."
"It’s okay, Dad. I like playing at your hotel," Eliana replied innocently.
Erdin nodded. "Dad’s hotel is also very beautiful. I love playing here."
Callum glanced at his fiancée, who was also enjoying breakfast. His expression darkened again, as he was supposed to be taking his little family to the playground today. However, all they could enjoy was playing in their own hotel.
"Edith, did you sleep well last night? Was the bed soft?"
Edith nodded. "I really like it. Your hotel has never disappointed ."
"Today I plan to catch the two thugs who chased you yesterday."
"Are you sure you can? I don’t want you to get hurt."
"It’s okay. This is for you and the kids to get ho safely." Callum let his fiancée lean on his shoulder. "Right now, Patrick and Renata are still investigating this secretly. I don’t want the dia to find out about our problem."
"Are you afraid that things will get more complicated?"
"I’m worried that Yvette might be planning sothing else without our knowledge. Even though I tad her yesterday, I—"
drrrt...drrrt...
Suddenly, his phone vibrated in his pocket. He took it out and answered Yvette’s call. His expression instantly turned cold.
"Callum, can you help today?"
"Of course. I happen to be free today."
"The client I told you about last night wants to et you today. They want to play golf with you too."
"Okay. I’ll et them this afternoon. Just give the address."
The phone call ended quickly. Callum sighed deeply, as he had to act again today. Furthermore, his mission to apprehend the two thugs had been delayed.
Callum montarily got up from his chair and walked away from his twins weakly. Edith followed him to their room.
Callum opened the closet and took out his golf uniform. "I’m going golfing today with Yvette’s client."
"Are you angry?" Edith asked softly.
"Of course. I know she lured to the golf course on purpose to make it seem like she and I were more suitable as a couple." He turned around for a mont to look at his fiancée, who was still smiling casually. "By the way, you’re not mad?"
"No. Why would I be angry?"
"I was worried you would be mad because you couldn’t play with today."
Edith wrapped her arms around her fiancé’s waist. "I’ll be angry if you focus too much on . This matter should be resolved as quickly as possible. If your mission fails, do you want the twins in danger?"
"No. I don’t want that to happen. Seeing you being chased yesterday scared too."
"So, now you should just do what Yvette says." Her hand slowly traced her fiancé’s chest with an intense gaze. "Besides, isn’t it good for you too? You have a new VIP client, too."
Callum didn’t want to leave his family at a ti like this. He was worried the thugs would target them, even though they were staying in a VIP hotel room. For a mont, he held his fiancée’s tiny body tightly, caressing her head.
"I won’t be having fun with them until the evening. After golf, I’ll co back to you."
"Callum, I’ve told you so many tis. Don’t push yourself too hard!"
"Actually, I would be bored living my life without you."
Edith smiled brightly, patting her fiancé’s chest gently. "Could you please stop sweet-talking ?"
"Because after this, I won’t be able to sweet talk you anymore." His lips landed deeply on his fiancée’s forehead. "I love seeing you in the new dress I bought today."
"I didn’t expect the boutique at your hotel to provide such a variety of beautiful clothes. Can I go shopping later?"
"Of course. I’ll tell the boutique owner that you don’t have to pay. I’ll cover everything."
Edith furrowed her eyebrows. "That arrogant attitude never changes."

Callum had now changed into his golf uniform and was carrying a rare golf club. He swaggered onto the course, where several people were already waiting for him, including Yvette. Everyone greeted Callum enthusiastically, while Yvette remained focused on her golf swing.
"Wow, it’s such an honor to et such a young CEO who’s been making a na for himself lately!" said a young man who was younger than Callum.
Callum bowed his head respectfully and then shook hands with the young man. "Nice to et you, Mark. Yvette has told a lot about you."
"I didn’t expect Yvette to have such a perfect future sister-in-law."
Yvette turned around and walked over to Callum, wiping off her sweat with a towel. "Callum, how about you show us what you’ve got?"
"Of course."
"Yvette, now I have a question for you. Even though you’ve known Callum for a long ti, why does Callum like your sister?"
