Zack finally heard the good news from Callum after waiting all day. He suspected Callum had suddenly changed his mind because he had threatened Edith with violence earlier that afternoon. He already knew Callum’s weakness was related to Edith. Now he didn’t have to go to the trouble of targeting everyone Callum cared about. Most importantly, he had earned enough money to pay off his mounting debts.
"No wonder you suddenly asked out for a drink. I thought you’d invited here just to drink with you."
"I told you before. You have to give 24 hours to think about it. But you can’t wait patiently for ."
"So you really did keep your promise." Zack patted Callum on the shoulder. "Thanks, Callum."
"But, I want the rate of return to be quite high. Can you do that?"
"Of course. Once my company is successful, I will definitely share my profits with you too."
"I certainly wish your company the best of luck. I’m truly honored to be your main investor."
"In fact, I feel more honored to have such great investors."
Callum folded his arms, grinning at Zack. "But, I’m still curious, actually. Why ? There are so many other entrepreneurs more successful than ? And I still have a lot to learn."
"Because I can see you have a lot of potential. Plus, you’ve beco famous recently, so wouldn’t that be beneficial for ?"
"It turns out you really are very good at taking advantage of the situation."

Several days have passed since Callum agreed to be Zack’s main investor. Now he just needs to find a way to expose Zack’s cris, which are trying to fra him. He already has ample evidence, and all that remains is to reveal the truth on social dia. Furthermore, he has a feeling that his father will soon reprimand him for his rash investnt in a shell company.
Tomorrow is Callum’s most anticipated day, as he can finally relax and spend ti with his family. However, before that, he must resolve all his issues before his reputation becos even more damaged during his ti as a commissioner.
While he was focused on work at the hotel, he suddenly received a call from Zack. A sly smile crossed his face. He montarily answered the phone while hiding behind a wall, intending to et a VIP guest.
"Why did you want to contact all of a sudden?"
"Callum, can I have so more money from you?"
"Didn’t I just give you so money? Why are you asking for more?"
"It turns out the money isn’t enough to conduct further testing. I’ll have to invite researchers from abroad as well."
"By the way, I have to et with a VIP guest now. May we continue our conversation later?"
Callum quickly ended their conversation before Zack could get even more out of control. He’d actually called the police to search Zack’s office earlier today. He could already predict an exclusive story would erge this afternoon. He was getting impatient to see Zack finally fall into his own trap.
Just as he was about to enter the elevator, his phone suddenly vibrated again, forcing him to take a step back. Seeing his father’s na flash across the screen, he had a feeling he was about to be severely reprimanded for spending so much money on shell companies.
Callum returned to his room to et his father. As soon as he entered, his body shivered instantly as he saw his father’s expression, as if he wanted to kill him.
"Callum, are you crazy?! Why are you spending so much money just to invest in a startup company?!"
"Dad, you should calm down before you yell at . Do you want to get high blood pressure again because you can’t control your anger?"
"I won’t just sit there if you ss up! You should have told first! Moreover, that company seems suspicious! When I checked the company’s funds flowing into it, I’d never heard of it."
Callum smiled a sly smile as he pulled several photos from a brown envelope. They all showed Zack and Kevin eting in public.
Kevin stared at all the photos with wide eyes.
"I’d rather ask you now. What’s your relationship with Zack all this ti? It seems like you’ve known each other for a while."
"How did you get this photo? Have you been stalking all this ti?!"
"I never thought you’d still harbor malicious intentions just to bring down. I’ve helped you so much all this ti, but you never acknowledge my superiority."
Kevin laughed out loud, clenching his fists tightly. "So, now you’re going to arrest and imprison for collaborating with a con artist?"
"This afternoon, you’ll see what news will be spread on social dia. Will your na be prominently displayed or not? I’ve handed over all the evidence to the police."
"But I still won’t forgive you for being reckless and spending so much money just to invest in a shell company. I won’t let you stay on the board of commissioners."
"I also won’t forgive you if you were involved in the accident five years ago."
His brow furrowed even more as he heard his son’s words about his past cris. "Why are you bringing this up all of a sudden? Is Cliff just spreading slander to make you hate ?"
"Actually, I didn’t an to accuse you without proof. I’m just warning you. Don’t try to hurt like this. You won’t be able to defeat ."

Of course, Callum wasn’t just talking nonsense. As evening approached, news about Zack was also trending on social dia. Callum provided all the evidence to the police, leading to Zack’s arrest for the fraud he had been committing. Many young investors also fell victim.
Edith, who watched the news with Renata, finally smiled with relief after nearly being harassed a few days ago. Edith was increasingly impatient to go on a date with her fiancé over the holidays to celebrate this victory.
