Yvette clenched her fists tightly after a long conversation with her stepsister. She felt like throwing two cups on the floor to vent her anger. She had been putting on an act to win her stepsister’s heart. Her stepsister’s constant talk of Callum with a happy smile made her even more determined to get rid of her stepsister.
Yvette, unwilling to suppress her anger alone, rushed to her stepmother’s room and slamd the door.
"Yvette! What’s wrong with you?"
"Mom! So, Callum is going to marry that bastard?"
"Are you still after Callum?" Vanessa rolled her eyes and slapped her forehead. "You better stop being so reckless!"
"I still won’t give up, Mom! All this ti I’ve only ever liked Callum!"
"You always make fun of your stepsister, even though you’re stupid because of that guy! What makes you like Callum in the first place?!"
"Because I don’t want Edith’s life to be happier than mine! That’s why I wanted to get rid of her five years ago!"
Vanessa imdiately covered her daughter’s mouth with her hand and looked around the room nervously. Even though no one was around, she was afraid soone would overhear Yvette’s careless words.
"Don’t talk nonsense, Yvette! Edith’s accident five years ago wasn’t your fault! It was because of the mistakes she and Callum made!"
"It was still because of in the beginning! I was the one who spoke to Edith before the accident happened."

"Don’t worry, Edith still can’t rember anything about the accident."
"Are you sure she doesn’t rember anything? Maybe she’s faking it."

The little family was still enjoying ice cream together at the ice cream shop. "Dad, why didn’t you tell mom off?" Erdin protested, snorting in annoyance.
Callum burst out laughing as he stared at his son, who was just as overly jealous as he was. "My son, are you jealous that your mother is spoiling you?"
"Of course, because mommy is an adult while I am still a kid!"
Eliana also pouted her lips and swung her legs. "I want to be fed by Daddy. I want to be like Mommy, too."
Callum smiled mischievously, snatching the ice cream from his daughter’s hand. "Okay. I’ll feed my beautiful daughter too." His eyes flickered briefly. "Darling, looks like I have to feed our daughter too."

"By the way, I have to go back to the hotel after this. Is it okay if we continue talking when we get back?"

Seeing her mother being constantly pampered made Eliana even more sulky, refusing to look at her father. "Dad, don’t forget to feed !"

Edith and her twins spend ti together at their ho. Edith also invites Renata over because she has sothing important to discuss with her regarding her accident five years ago. While waiting for Renata, who was still busy finishing work at the boutique, Edith helped her twins with their howork in the study. Edith was relieved to see her children’s happiness since news of her relationship with Callum spread on social dia.
"Mom, can Dad really co ho early tonight? I want to play gas with him," Erdin asked innocently.
"Actually, your father can’t keep his promise either because he’s so busy right now. Would you like to play with ?"
"Dad’s been busy lately. Especially since he often goes out with Aunt Arabella."
