"Our largest funds co from green loans, and without exception, companies that receive such loans comply with European environntal policies," Peter Carlson said proudly.
Green loans were initially a loan strategy proposed by major banks in Europe.
The intention was to provide a funding channel for environntally friendly companies or companies that adhere to sustainable developnt guidelines.
Later, many dostic banks also began offering this type of green loan.
However, whether dostically or in Europe, obtaining green loans is extrely challenging.
To acquire a green loan, a company must undergo multiple assessnts by various environntal organizations and appraisal institutions, and only upon passing these assessnts can it receive the loan.
Moreover, once obtained, the company must continue to be monitored by these organizations; if any assessnt during this process fails, the interest rate on the loan will increase significantly.
That’s why ordinary companies can’t usually secure such loans, and even if they do, increased interest rates due to frequent nitpicking would be unbearable.
Yet Beifu has managed to obtain such green loans, which speaks volus about Beifu’s strength.
"Furthermore, besides environntal efforts, we’ve also excelled in human rights," Peter Carlson continued.
"Our group employs people from all over the world, with a total of 116 nationalities.
Our cleaners are from Eritrea, automation engineers from Germany, chanical design engineers from Japan, battery evaluation engineers from Huaxia, heat treatnt engineers from France, chief environntal officer from Norway, advanced materials researchers from South Korea, female technical recruiter from Sweden, software engineers from Russia, mining engineers from Congo, and so workshop operators from Pakistan."
Chen Yiyang felt as if he was listening to a cody skit rather than a corporate introduction and was dumbfounded.
Is this even a company?
Even the United Nations isn’t as diverse as Beifu; their mber countries aren’t this varied.
No wonder Beifu could establish a factory in Europe; they’re making things happen.
With this kind of multicultural environnt, which European equality organization could find fault?
"So, with such a diverse workforce, how do your employees communicate? Is everything done in English? Even if the language barrier is overco, living and work habits might still vary due to national differences, right?"
"Oh, it’s great if these employees can speak English, but even if they only know their native language, it’s no problem,"
Peter Carlson explained, "After all employees join, we provide them with relevant training to understand how to respect minority groups, fostering a friendly internal atmosphere.
If English communication is really impossible, we designate so bilingual or even trilingual employees internally as communicators, facilitating teamwork among different groups."
"Impressive."
This was Chen Yiyang’s sincere remark.
If Beifu actually managed to accomplish this, enabling employees from 116 nationalities to collaborate in a single company, Beifu would indeed be considered a modern Tower of Babel.
However, is this possible?
Chen Yiyang reflected logically and felt this seed overly challenging.
Unless Peter Carlson has so system that allows employees to understand and communicate with each other.
Chen Yiyang initially considered placing a deposit to reserve a batch of batteries.
But after Peter Carlson introduced Beifu, he suddenly felt he should remain cautious to avoid being scamd.
Therefore, he asked Peter Carlson if he could visit Beifu’s factory.
Peter Carlson hesitated a bit with regard to Chen Yiyang’s request.
However, fortunately, Schaefer was quite supportive.
He conversed with Peter Carlson and eventually decided on the conditions for Chen Yiyang to visit the factory.
The condition was that Chen Yiyang had to allow his visit to Beifu to be reported by European news dia.
With the news of the boss from a Huaxia car company traveling thousands of miles to visit a European green energy battery factory and expressing interest in ordering,
this news, once spread, would certainly enhance the reputation of Beifu and even all of Europe.
So as long as Chen Yiyang agrees, they would allow him a visit to Beifu’s super factory in Schelefteo.
Naturally, Chen Yiyang agreed.
He was also eager for Yiyang Automobile to penetrate the European market.
If Yiyang Automobile ultimately reached a cooperation agreent with Beifu, it could be said that it was halfway into the European market.
Once the agreent was settled, Peter Carlson imdiately assigned a Polish woman employee to accompany Chen Yiyang to Schelefteo.
Only upon departure did Chen Yiyang discover that this Polish woman didn’t speak Chinese, and her English was barely passable, making communication between them nearly impossible.
Nevertheless, her German was quite good, allowing for conversation with Schaefer.
Schaefer inford Chen Yiyang that there were many Huaxia employees at Beifu’s factory, and once he arrived in Schelefteo, he could be hosted by his compatriots.
Schelefteo is a city situated in northern Sweden with a population of just over thirty thousand, yet it boasts an airport, so transportation isn’t an issue.
When Chen Yiyang arrived, he found it extraordinarily cold.
A quick check revealed Schelefteo’s historical temperature records to be around minus 45 degrees.
Colder than most northern cities dostically.
A factory in such a place?
Chen Yiyang was quite shocked.
The more he learned about Beifu Group, the more peculiar it seed.
Based on the data, the company seed quite reliable, with nurous European conglorates investing in it, even labeled as Europe’s battery hope.
But upon closer inspection, the company seed unreliable in various aspects.
Still, when Chen Yiyang considered the fact that Europe invested 14 billion US Dollars into this company, he wondered if he was overthinking.
billion US Dollars, such a large amount of capital, surely Europe’s conglorates, comrce, and industry thoroughly researched Beifu.
Otherwise, how could they possibly allocate so much money to Beifu?
Since those who invested 14 billion US Dollars didn’t see any issues with Beifu, he must have been overthinking.
Thus, in the cold wind, Chen Yiyang got into a car and headed straight to Beifu’s super factory.
From the outside, the factory standing near the Arctic Circle is extrely beautiful, aligning perfectly with human aesthetics and blending effortlessly with the surrounding environnt, looking in no way incongruous.
A picture of the Beifu Group’s super factory located in Schelefteo.
Upon arrival at the factory, the Polish woman employee started speaking continuously, as though introducing sothing with pride.
Curious, Chen Yiyang asked Schaefer what she was saying.
"She said that this Beifu super factory, considering ecological factors, didn’t use any steel reinforcing bars, making it the world’s most environntally friendly factory."
"No steel reinforcing bars, then what structures the four or five-storied plant?" Chen Yiyang felt his understanding being challenged.
