Ethan's excitent quickly toned down a bit as he had ssed with quantum manipulation to his satisfaction.
He had successfully completed his infinite energy orbs, tired possibility manipulation on anything he could get his hand on and finally, he had realize that it worked on biological beings.
Though, manipulating the reality of his lab rats gave him a bit of a headache, he had ended up achieving what he wanted, and now was ti for a second test,
TDI's 4th module.
He pulled up the system's interface and imdiately opened the tech developnt interface.
The dark-blue holographic grid expanded before him again, forming the sa 3D interface with various segnted panels as previously.
Idea Incubator
Prototype Hub
Simulation Chamber
The options appeared in his view again and he imdiately extended his finger and tapped on the [idea Incubator].
The digital sketch pad and mind map opened up waiting for him to input an idea.
"First thing's first," Ethan muttered, "let's try sothing impossible."
And what was so impossible that even the technological advancent of his ti couldn't stably achieve it.
Well, he could think of a couple of things. There was ti travel, faster than light travel, true artificial gravity…
But teleportation stood out.
In his tiline, the biggest problem with teleportation was the fact that it only worked for inanimate objects.
The mont they tried sending biological beings in, they would co out the other end completely scrambled.
And Ethan was about to try and make a perfected version of it.
"Teleportation it is," he said with gleaming eyes.
The Idea Incubator reacted instantly. A holographic web blossod in front of him, concepts branching out like a neural network.
[Concept detected: Spatial Transposition Device.]
Ethan leaned closer, studying the web as the Idea Incubator automatically filled in submodules, breaking the concept down into achievable components:
• Quantum State Scanning – map every particle in the object or being to be teleported
• Probability Collapse Control – ensure matter maintains coherence during transposition
• Destination Mapping – define precise coordinates and environntal compatibility
• Safety Protocols – prevent molecular scrambling, ensure biological stability
He tapped the Quantum State Scanning node first, and a deeper branch unfolded:
[Particle Mapping Precision: 99.999%]
[Subatomic Sync: Active]
[Wave Function Stabilization: Pending]
Ethan's grin widened, "Wave function stabilization… that's the tricky part."
Normally, even the most advanced human tech couldn't keep an organic being intact during teleportation.
The mont biological molecules decohered, there would be nothing left but a sar of matter.
But now, with the TDI's Simulation Chamber feeding him theoretical models and his newly unlocked quantum manipulation skill, he could collapse probabilities exactly how he wanted them.
He reached forward and touched the Probability Collapse Control node. It shimred under his fingertip, expanding into its own complex web:
• Real-ti Quantum State Adjustnt
• Error Correction Algorithms
• Environntal Feedback Loop
• Bio-Stabilization Override
Ethan nodded to himself, "This… this should allow even a human to teleport safely. Or a lab rat. Or a dog. Or maybe even our incoming alien 'friends'."
Next, he dragged the Destination Mapping node into focus. A 3D model of his lab appeared, showing every surface, every piece of furniture, every wall.
He extended a point in the middle of the room, the intended teleportation exit location.
The system imdiately highlighted potential hazards:
red zones where spatial distortion could occur, blue zones safe for molecular coherence, and green zones optimal for organic stability.
Ethan adjusted the exit coordinates slightly, shifting it to the perfect green patch near the center.
"Precision… perfection," he muttered.
Finally, he tapped the Safety Protocols node. A list of protocols appeared:
• Molecular Integrity Check
• Neural Network Preservation
• Organ Function Sync
• Consciousness Continuity
There was a single question that was always raised when teleportation was ntioned, whether whatever that ca out the other end was you.
These protocols fixed that.
It ensured that both your consciousness, personality and everything remained intact when you stepped out.
He leaned back, letting the holographic branches float around him. The system had even begun generating a preliminary prototype in the prototype hub.
A glowing, semi-transparent circular object hovered in the virtual lab, atoms and molecules mapped in real ti, shifting and aligning.
It was big enough to fit a human through but small enough to perfectly fit beside one of his lab walls, which was exactly what Ethan was going for.
The 3D circular ring split into two identical ones before it was sent to the simulation chamber.
Now, normally this was where Ethan would test it's real life paraters before generating a blueprint which would guide him in its creation.
But thanks to the 4th module, he had sothing else he wanted to try.
The RTM.
He stepped back a bit, taking in a deep breath before muttering, "system, activate the RTM."
For a few seconds after he said those words, nothing seed to happen, well, that it until the virtual lab started blending with the reality one and Ethan watched blue glowing cubes start forming on the walls he had chosen.
This went on for a few seconds and when the glow finally receded, he was faced with two tallic rings large enough for him to step through, and just beside them was what seed to be a control panel.
With him unlocking the quantum manipulation, he thought that nothing would surprise him anymore, but here he was proven wrong again.
He had just created physical tech within a few seconds of coming up with the idea.
Ethan slowly walked towards the rings and placed his palm on them, feeling the cold tal against his palm was what completely reassured him that they were real.
There was still one question though,
Did they actually work in the sa way he conceptualized?
Walking to the control panel, noticing how minimalistic it was.
On it was a couple of buttons and a screen which probably showed the teleporter's paraters.
Ethan looked at the power button before tapping on it, his heart pounding as he waited.
....
A couple of seconds passed but nothing happened which confused him a bit, well, until the system reminded.
[A power source is needed.]
He had been too excited that he hadn't even thought of that, so he just awkwardly chuckled before walking towards two of his infinite energy orbs and walking towards each ring.
There was a conveniently placed circular energy slot on both, where he perfectly fit his orbs before trying the panel again, and this ti,
A blue glow appeared in the center of both rings.
