C5 – You Don’t Have the Qualification!

Pei Yu’s combat prowess had soared to its peak.

Even Ke Shuyi, a Middle Level First Grade martial artist, was no match for him. The beating he received was brutal, leaving him feeling like he was on the brink of death.

Terrified beyond belief, he never imagined that Pei Yu would strike him.

“Brother, please stop hitting .”

Pei Yuner, standing to the side, was nearly in tears, petrified by Pei Yu’s frenzied assault.

If he were to kill soone, the consequences would be severe.

Ke Huayuan, Ke Lianxi, and others, alerted by the noise, hurriedly abandoned their al and rushed outside to investigate.

They erged to find Pei Yu manhandling a man in a suit, pumling him rcilessly.

“Shuyi!”

Fei Ning, upon witnessing her son’s beating, was instantly overwheld and nearly collapsed.

“Pei Yu, what are you doing? Stop it right now!”

“Stop it, I said!”

Ke Lianxi and Ke Huayuan rushed forward to intervene.

“How dare you hit my sister? I’m going to kill you!”

With that, Pei Yu landed a punch that shattered Ke Shuyi’s teeth, sending several clattering to the ground.

Had Ke Lianxi not intervened, Pei Yu might have very well killed Ke Shuyi.

“Pei Yu, you had the audacity to hit Shuyi?”

Ke Lianxi stared at Pei Yu, aghast, his knuckles still dripping blood. They were utterly shocked.

Pei Yu was like a rabid dog.

Pei Yu’s in-laws were astounded. How could Pei Yu dare to strike their son?

“Call an ambulance, quickly.” Ke Huayuan had already instructed Mrs. Qian to make the call.

In that mont, they turned to Pei Yu with unbridled fury, especially his mother-in-law, who looked as though she wanted to tear him apart.

Pei Yu stated icily, “He struck my sister, so I struck him.”

“Pei Yu, you had the nerve to hit Shuyi? Just because he hit your sister, you beat him to this extent?”

Fei Ning, pointing at Pei Yu, was too enraged to find the words.

“Touch my sister and you’re a dead man!”

Pei Yu’s words were ice-cold, and he offered no further explanation. He turned and strode over to Pei Yuner’s side, enveloping her in a protective embrace. She was visibly shaken.

“I’m curious to see whether your sister matters more to you than Shuyi does.”

Fei Ning was ready to confront Pei Yuner, sleeves rolled up for a fight. But the mont Pei Yu’s eyes t hers, a palpable killing intent erupted. Fei Ning froze, her courage faltering.

The onlookers were taken aback by the transformation in Pei Yu. They were gripped by an eerie sensation, as if he truly might kill them.

“You’ve hurt Shuyi, and I will never let that slide!” Ke Huayuan’s voice shook with fury as she pointed accusingly at Pei Yu.

They were astounded that a worthless son-in-law would dare strike her beloved son. The shock was too much, and they struggled to co to terms with it.

“Pei Yu, we’re getting a divorce after this month. You’re no longer my husband, and you don’t deserve to be,” Ke Lianxi spat out, her anger boiling over.

Yet, Pei Yu’s lips twisted into a smirk.

“Not worthy? You’ve got it all wrong. You’re the one who’s not worthy to be my wife.”

With that, he gave Pei Yuner’s shoulder a reassuring pat and turned to leave, his sister in tow. “As of this mont, I’m cutting all ties with the Ke family.”

“I’ll repay the 500,000 I owe you as soon as I can.”

The Ke family watched Pei Yu and his sister’s retreating figures, too stunned to react.

Ke Lianxi was seething, while Fei Ning and Ke Huayuan were so incensed they nearly passed out.

“Pei Yu, you’ll regret this. We won’t cover your sister’s dical bills anymore!” Ke Lianxi called after him, but Pei Yu seed not to hear. He simply walked away.

With the system now at his disposal, money would co easily. He no longer had to worry about Pei Yuner’s dical expenses. He could make his own money and no longer had to endure the indignities of the Ke family.

Pei Yu was royalty incarnate!
