Once Parrick landed on the ground, the group of migrating beasts cast them curious looks.
Why are you guys headed that side? Don’t you know there’s a migration from others of the other continent?" An elder beastman asked. He seed to have been a mber of a council in his clan.
Greetings! We are from the city of beasts and our lord asked us to co inspect." Parrick begun the introductions.
Hearing he is from the city of beasts and also having affiliation with the city lord, many halted their movents and turned to surround him. Really? You are from the city of beasts!?" Clamour resonated around the place.
I’m an aide to my Lord! We got news about the migration from the snow falcon beastman from the mountains but I don’t understand why the other tribes are also migrating!" Parrick was confused as he looked at different elders.
Hearing their migration, of course we had no choice but to move and seek protection from the city of beasts." The elder who initially spoke replied.
But your regions were not affected!" Parrick added.
"Young male! You probably don’t know...so clans have no foothold in the city of beasts, a ti like this is an opportunity that cos once in a lifeti! Who would be willing to let such a chance go?" A voice sneered from among the group exposing what was hidden within the hearts of most of the weak and middle class clans.
"You think flocking the city will guarantee you entry?" Parrick couldn’t understand this logic.
"We shouldn’t waste our ti here. We have more pressing matters to handle, leave them to the city lord... he’ll handle them well." Parrick said and the group once again took flight and went back to their mission.

In the beast city, all the king’s had gathered once again after getting so intel from the snow falcon tribe.
This matter seems bigger than we had initially considered. " Ash who was seated at the head seat of the city lord said and all the other kings listened. While it has been confird that there’s indeed a migration from up north, other middle rank and lowest rank clans have suddenly decided to join in to co settle in the beast city." He told them.
But this city isn’t for the weak! Did they consider this matter before abandoning their hos?" Ape king asked.
I’m sure they thought it’d be a much easier pass if they ca with the other group. It’s laughable if I must say." The fox king couldn’t help comnting.
This matter is suddenly getting out of hand even before we get started! At the mont, the number of flying beast n that have entered the city have exceeded thousands. We need to contain this matter before it blows out of control!" Carlos spoke and everyone nodded.
All eyes shifted over to Ash.
This matter is definitely going to be dealt with. My brother in law suggested sothing, I’d likey fellow kings to allow him say a few words. I believe his solution will please all of us." Ash said.
All eyes looked amidst themselves but Scott ca in from the outside. He had managed to calm Titan and the others and they were all in the hall when he ca in.
Greeting to you the city kings. My na is Scott and I’m the city lord’s brother in law." He introduced himself and all eyes were on him.
Though so of the king’s weren’t familiar with him, they had heard a thing or two about him with how he had the countance of a warrior and the aura of a leader. Even those hot blooded heastn who were works Ng as teachers held great respect for him which was unseen as this male lacked a beast.
So I’ll get down to the main point of today’s eting..." When Scott begun to talk, the hall was shrouded in silence and half an hour into the talks, the different kings begun to nod in acceptance. Even the ape king who was a little pensive listened attentively and his face begun to flash with excitent. The eting went on for the whole day as all the king’s didn’t want it to end.
It was late evening when Titan and the others returned ho. There was a light fragrance of food and as soon as they made their way into their ho, they found Sydney and Caden setting food on the table. The two lions wer also carrying over their stone bowls and seating before them and waiting to be served their potion.
You guys are back!" She bead at them. Go wash up and co eat. You looked worn out." She gestures for them and each didn’t waste ti.
Even Scott had dropped by and since he had his own room in his sister’s ho, he went to wash up and get sothing to eat. He couldn’t go ho yet since there was still a lot he had to talk to Ash and the others about.
How’s been your day?" Ash walked over and kissed her forehead before looking at her lovingly. It was fine. How about you?" She asked her hand going to cup his face which had traces of fatigue. Good!" He said and a familiar mory flashed through his eyes.
He stepped away and ken followed after. hHe dragged Sydney into his arms and embraced her tightly. His morning had started off with a bad mood but he felt better when those kings were silently listening to his brother in law’s knowledgeable strategies. Go wash!" Sydney gently rebuked him and he didn’t waste ti before sprinting off to the second floor, his tail swaying behind him.
It wasn’t long before dinner was served.
"How are things going?" Sydney asked curiously. They had been in the city hall for the whole day and hadn’t even co ho for lunch.
We first talked about the first phase strategies on how to deal with beast clans from our own continent before we settle those that are invading us." Ken who was across Sydney was first to speak. Scott had told them not to keep her in the dark about this matter, that way, they’ll be able to return ho to her. But if they kept this matter from her, then they’d only bla themselves if they didn’t find her ho.
Why so? I thought our biggest worry was the invaders." Sydney stopped eating wondering why there was a first phase strategy.
Other clans from different areas took this chance to migrate to the city.." Scott said and she looked at him for further explanation.
Not all beasts qualify to live in the city of beasts, most especially clans. Entering the city of beasts as an individual requires not much but it’s hard to survive as a solitary animal. Many require the strength of their clans as things can happen when no one is looking. This is for the males. One could be killed while hunting. As you it’s much easier for the females to achieve a ho in the city. When it’s drawn to the scope of a clan, the requirents call for a clan to have twenty seventh ranks, ten sixth rank and five fifth ranks. It may seem easy but it’s a huge fit to attain and has held many clans from joining the city of beasts. If a clan happens to have one who is above the eight rank, that person shall take on the role of king, seventh rank, he’s considered a chief. The city of beasts in general has not many kings as you saw the first ti you ca but there are quite a large number of chiefs."
Sydney nodded in understanding. So you an those weaker clans want to use this chance to enter the city! Numbers are good but could be hard to manage. How do you guys plan to handle those that want to enter the city in such circumstances?" She asked.
There are still a few buildings behind the snake castle, we plan to relocate those first, second and third ranked males who show great potential in the inner city. A specific number of warriors shall he shifted over to guard the city entrance while the snake clan and the eagle plus hawk clan will handle constructing wall barriers over the areas that need reneforcent in the west. The four great clans have been assigned each with a region to guard. Those from our continent will be allowed to stay outside the city walls and those that express great talent among the males will have the chance to enter the city walls. The females of course will also be moved into the city but with only two of her males at the most. They’ll be required to find mates among beasts in our city to have a nice housing or they’ll have to do with living in the forest area. That’s what we have for the first plan. We have to first guage the characters of the invaders before we can see how to deal with them but we won’t wait for them to reach us first. That’s why in a few days after this matter is settled, we will be heading out of the city of beasts to et them half way."
