Back in the Beast city inside the rose castle, Noah continued to wipe Lyra’s body with damp animal skin hoping to bring her fever down. On another side, Blake resud holding her hand in his palm. His eyes were closed with a frown adorning his face.
Whereas Lucas and Victor turned into their beast form and lay on the ground facing Lyra’s sleeping figure on the stone bed.
Amidst all these worried ones surrounding her, Lyra fretted in her place "Ahhhh!" her scream alerted everyone inside the room. She hated this feeling, her head felt like it could split into two in the next minute. Her eyes felt too heavy to open, she could hear her mates’ voice calling out for her, but it was too difficult for her to even reply to sothing.
"Lilly? What is happening to you?" Blake breathed heavily in panic after seeing her pain-stricken scream. His mind was muddled to think of any solution.
Noah dropped the animal skin in his hand hearing her cry, "Baby dove? Tell ...where does it hurt?"
Lucas and Victor snapped open their closed eyes and turned into their beastman forms. Rushing towards the bed, Lucas widened his eyes looking at Lyra’s weak body "What is happening to her!?" his loud voice earned a glare from Blake "Get lost from here if you are only going to shout without finding any solution"
"You!" Lucas clenched his fists and tried to march towards Blake, only to be stopped by Noah.
"Stop making things more difficult Lucas!" Noah growled at him as he held him back from attacking Blake, then he turned towards Victor who was stunned in his place without moving "And you, go and bring that sage from the scorpion tribe. I don’t think it is just a simple fever"
Victor ca out of his reverie and went out of the room. Pacing out of the rose castle, he turned into his beast form and soared to the sky. After flying for so ti, he reached the scorpion tribe. Not minding the guards, he directly flew into Demir’s room.
Hearing a loud screech of Vulture, Demir opened his scorpion eyes and started back at Victor in annoyance. Turning into his beastman form, he swept his dark brown locks with his fingers and glared at the annoying bird in front of him "You must have a death wish entering my territory without my permission"
Victor glared at Demir and opened his mouth "I have no ti to fight with you, I ca here because of an ergency"
Demir raised his brows and asked "Ergency?"
Victor nodded his head "Sothing is happening to my sweet girl, I want Darcio to take a look at her"
"What happend to my sunshine!?" Demir asked as he took a threatening step towards Victor.
"I also don’t know," Victor said shaking his head, "That is why I ca looking for Darcio"
Demir frowned and strode out of his room "Follow "
Victor followed Demir and soon they reached Darcio’s chamber. Entering a dark space, Demir lit the fire inside the room using a flint "Wake up Darcio!" his cold voice woke up the figure laying on the floor.
The large black scorpion turned into its beastman form and smiled at them "Master?"
"It’s " Demir answered "I don’t have much ti to explain things, but I want you to co out with "
Darcio frowned "Is there sothing wrong master?"
"You will get to know when we reach there," Demir said vaguely and went out of the room.
Darcio covered himself with an animal skin robe and followed after both of them out of the scorpion castle.
After so ti, they reached the rose castle and Darcio halted his steps in front of the entrance. Demir turned towards him and frowned "Why did you stop walking?"
Darcio glanced at Demir "The fairy powers of my lady are unsealing master" he looked towards the castle and continued "The power inside is blocking from entering"
Victor turned around and looked at him "Blocking you?"
Darcio nodded his head "Unsealing soone’s power is very tricky. The familiar who is doing that is seeing as a threat to my lady, it will not allow any foreign power to enter this vicinity until she regains her stability"
"But she is in pain!" Victor yelled at him. He was startled looking at Lyra in pain just a mont ago. It hurt him seeing her struggle like that when she was pregnant. He clenched his fists as he continued "She is with child right now, what if sothing happens to her?"
Darcio looked at victor with widened eyes "My lady is pregnant?"
Demir panicked seeing Darcio’s response "Wh-what happend? Is she is the danger?"
Darcio looked at both of them and slowly nodded his head "Both the child inside her womb and my lady are in danger master. The ability becos overwhelming in this situation"
Victor clenched his jaws and furrowed his brows "What can we do now?"
Demir too looked at Darcio expectantly "That’s right, there must be so solution for this. Please think of sothing Darcio"
Darcio fretted with his fingers and looked at them "There is one solution master"
"What is it?" ca the quick inquiry from both of them simultaneously.
Darcio cleared his throat and replied "It is ’sapphire of wish’ master, only that can save her now. But....." he trailed off finding it difficult to continue.
"Speak clearly, Darcio" Demir commanded him after hearing his hesitant words.
Darcio closed his eyes and said "The gem will help her for now but it will alert the enemies. Fox king has many witch masters on his side, and they will detect it as soon as it cos near my lady. Also, after allowing gem near her now, it is difficult to separate it from her side," he opened his eyes and continued "We don’t have any other option now master, delaying more might cause her life"
Demir clenched his fists and turned towards Victor "Where is that thing, Victor?"
Victor glanced at Demir with a grim face "It is in the silver wolf castle, Lucas hid it sowhere inside his room"
"I will go bring it, "Demir said as he started to walk out of the castle.
"Are you sure about this?" Victor’s question stopped Demir from walking away.
Demir turned back and said in a determined voice "I also don’t want to take any chances in my sunshine’s safety, but it is inevitable now" then his eyes turned into slits looking feral "Enough of hiding things, I will tear the fox king apart before he reaches her"
Victor too thought about it. Hiding this forever was impossible, they didn’t even know if the fox king already knew the truth. It was never in his temperant to do sothing like hiding from the enemies. He would kill them before they even think about harming him, but this matter was different. He did not want to make any rash decisions in his sweet girl’s matter, but now that it has co to this, he didn’t have any more options, so he nodded his head in agreent "Take Lucas with you, It will be easier that way. I will explain this to Blake"
"What if he doesn’t allow?" Demir asked still in doubt.
Victor smirked and headed inside the castle "Then I have to force him into allowing it"
