Peter smiled faintly reminiscing the past. Then he glanced at the young masters following behind their father. They resembled their father so much, even the glint in their eyes and arrogant gaze inside it could scare a normal beastman. He was sure that their poison would be much more potent than the other snake beastn.
"Did the young masters start their training your majesty?" Peter asked curiously
Blake raised his brows and looked at the little snakes "They always escape from by sticking with their mother"
The little snakes halted in their place and hissed ’Ssss’ "Mama says that we are still babies"
"Yeah yeah, you little rascals" he chuckled, then he turned towards Peter "They practice themselves sotis, controlling poison is quite easy for them, they can already produce a poison which can kill an adult beastman in their fangs"
Peter widened his eyes "Doesn’t it take almost ten years for that, your majesty?" Usually, it took ten or more years to produce a poison that can harm beastn. Killing wild animals was relatively easy than harming beastn.
Blake nodded his head "They were born with that proficiency, Even I took almost eight years to generate a poison that was not even half as good as them, their venom is more potent than mine when I was training at my younger age"
"As expected of your offspring" Peter comnted
Blake snickered "They are just lucky bastards who got an immortal beastman as their father. They are nothing special"
Peter cracked up hearing his words and looked at the glaring young masters "They are angry your majesty"
Blake eyed and taunted them "What? Can you guys even fight ?"
They hissed back at him ’Ssss’ "We are going to complain to mama saying that you were bullying us"
A vein popped up in Blake’s forehead "These rascals!"
Peter couldn’t control himself any longer and burst into laughter. An immortal snake beastman, who was also a king of their clan was getting threatened by his own, children. Peter never witnessed his king getting all flustered and mad. Much less from baby snakes.
The little snakes ignored their father and slithered inside the territory not minding the shocked gaze of all the snake beastn inside. Everyone was inford about their king and young masters visiting them and were able to grasp the scent of their king on the little snakes. Many snake beastn bent on the ground and started touching the little snakes earning a fierce glare from them.
Blake who followed after them inford "They don’t get along with strangers"
The snake beastn got up from the ground seeing their king and bowed their heads "We greet you, your majesty"
Blake nodded his head and gestured for them to lift their heads "How are you guys adjusting in the beast city?"
"We have accommodated well your majesty, females are also getting settled without any problems" a beastman replied politely
"Hmm, that is good" then he glanced at all of them "Rember to follow the laws of the beast city, I don’t want so other tribe to complain to about your behavior. Snatching females from other tribes should be completely stopped, I want you guys to live as normal beastn, understand!?"
"Yes your majesty" everyone replied in unison.
Then Blake turned towards Peter "The silver wolf tribe’s king is arranging a bonfire to welco our tribe this evening, so I want you to lead so of our n to gather enough prey for the event. Also, make sure to bring the females of our tribe to the bonfire"
Peter nodded his head and went on to complete his work. After he left, Blake turned towards the little snakes "You guys are responsible for keeping our n in check, there will be other tribe’s females attending the bonfire, so make sure to inform or Peter if any of them misbehave. I don’t care even if you guys kill those pests, but make sure that the bonfire is peaceful"
The little snakes hissed in agreent and went further inside the tribe.
After instructing for so more ti, Blake returned to the rose castle and headed towards Lyra’s room. He halted his steps seeing the empty room and went down.
As he got down the stone stairs, he saw Victor heading towards his room "Victor"
Victor turned towards the sound and raised his brows "What?"
"Where is Lilly?"
Victor glanced at Lucas’s room "She is taking a nap with that wolf"
"Oh" Blake nodded his head "Where were you returning from?"
"I went to inform my tribesn about today’s bonfire" Victor answered
"Hmm, where is Theodore?" Blake questioned again
Victor shrugged his shoulders "I don’t know, I have not seen him since morning"
"I was thinking that it was not safe for him to attend the bonfire, the fox king will also attend and I don’t want to alert him yet. Lilly is pregnant, and it is dangerous for her if he learns about her identity at this mont" Blake inford
"I know" Victor also agreed "I didn’t expect her to get pregnant so soon after giving birth, the little snakes are not even a year old, it will get risky for her if the fox king learns the truth"
Blake sighed "He has many witch masters on his side, it is only a matter of days for him to find out the truth"
Victor clicked his tongue "Should I just finish him, without anyone’s knowledge?"
Blake shook his head "Don’t do anything reckless, I have a feeling that he may have soone powerful backing him up, we should compile everyone in one place and kill them off to reduce any risk arising in the future" he paused and asked, "Did Demir get information from him?"
Victor narrowed his eyes "That fox is more intelligent than I thought, he is not spilling anything to Demir or his father"
Blake frowned "Doesn’t he believe in them as his allies?"
"He is not soone who is that easy" Victor said seriously "I heard from Demir that he tried to make his daughter, Demir’s mate, but because of Demir’s refusal, he is not trusting the scorpion tribe fully. Don’t you know about Michael? I think he was trying to do the sa with Demir but failed"
"Doesn’t that guy realize that he is being used by him? Does he really, think that fox will give his daughter to him?" Blake inquired
"He is a fool" Victor comnted "No matter how many tis I warn, he doesn’t listen. That idiot is thinking about turning into a normal beastman from being a stray beast"
"Nothing is impossible for the sapphire of wish to grant" Blake reminded him
Victor rolled his eyes "Yeah, whatever"
Blake chuckled "Even if we ask Lilly to ask that wish for Michael, the one he has feelings for is that fox’s daughter, if only we could erase her from his mory"
Victor’s ears perked up "What did you say?"
"What?"
"We can erase his mories?" Victor questioned.
"I think so" Blake responded vaguely
Victor grinned at him "I’m going to free Micahel from that fox bastard’s dirty clutches"
