Chapter 271: Winston’s Increasing Prestige

She was about to step out of the house and speak when Winston stopped her.

“They grow so fast. They won’t be able to sleep in our bedroom at this rate.” Bai Qingqing placed the snakes in her hands on the floor as she imagined twenty snakes each as big as Curtis.?My god! They definitely won’t be able to squeeze in the bedroom!
“Then let them sleep in the room next to ours.” Curtis had fully transford into his human form in order to climb the stairs. He had an impatient expression on his face and switched to his snake tail the mont he entered the house.
Bai Qingqing threw herself on the bed. “I’m exhausted.”
Parker crouched down beside her and parted her hair, which stuck to her face due to sweat. He said, “I’ll go heat up so water so that you can shower.”
Bai Qingqing felt like her shoulders weren’t hers. She tiredly massaged them and said, “You haven’t eaten all day. Go and hunt first. Bring so food for Winston as well.”
Parker was about to respond when Curtis pulled him away. “Go and hunt. I’ll heat up the water.”
“Okay.” Parker lowered his body to kiss Bai Qingqing’s forehead. When Curtis shot daggers at him, he imdiately got up and ran out of the bedroom.

Nets were used in all the fields within two days. Every female in the village had quite a few males, so they managed to weave the nets in no ti. They were indeed able to keep birds away from their fields once they covered them with nets.
Winston used his status as the king of a tribe to gather all the farming beastn and create a rule that the beastn had to take turns to guard the fields. There would be two shifts—one shift in the day and one shift at night—and each shift would consist of ten beastn. They only needed to ensure that no large animals stepped on the fields.
