Wabei stepped forward and narrowed his eyes. “Are you deaf? She asked you to go get Carter. Continue staring and I will dig your eyes out.”
“Snake... snake beast?!” The guards of the Giant Fish Tribe were clearly frightened. They imdiately jumped back several ters and stared at Wabei from a distance, shaking with fear.
Gu ngng tilted her head as she glanced at Wabei. “Why are they so scared of you? Did you harm anyone here before?”

Wabei was fuming. He grabbed Gu ngng by the shoulders and turned her around, before speaking to the mark on the back of her neck. “Snake, co and take her back with you!”
Following that...
Wabei was stunned.
There was actually venom on his hands.
He was already long immune to this venom. After all, he had been exposed to poison for the past 800 years.
Although the poison was quickly dissipated by the ocean water, he could recognize it as Snake’s venom!
Staring at the mark on the back of Gu ngng’s neck, he started to believe her earlier words. Snake was inside her body. She was lying when she said she was just joking. Snake was here. He must be!
