Chapter 1310: I Seized The Stray Beasts’ Camp
Gu ngng hugged onto Elvis’s neck and said with a proud expression, “How’s that? Isn’t my son extrely ambitious? He spoke with such power, clarity and strong excitent. He’s so manly!”
As long as Gu ngng was happy, Elvis naturally listened to what she said. Thus, he nodded and agreed, “Yeah, his aura is quite comndable.”
Although Kanwu always had a tense relationship with Elvis, which son would not desire for his Father’s complint?
So, even though Elvis praised him to mostly please Gu ngng, it was a large source of affirmation for Kanwu.
“Kanwu, tell Mother, how did you level-up?” Gu ngng questioned.
Kanwu looked at Chixuan before breaking out into a smile and said, “Oh, Second Brother said that in order to raise the overall abilities of the tribe, he arranged for sa level orcs to occasionally battle each other to exchange tips. And after battling more and more, I naturally leveled-up.”
Upon hearing that, Gu ngng felt that it was a good idea, so she turned to look at Lea.
Without even opening her mouth, Lea replied to her in an instant, “We can use this idea in Saint Nazaire but we can’t do this in Sauder for the ti being.”
Gu ngng thought over it and agreed with him. The three powers in Sauder were suppressing their desire to pin down the other two sides and they almost acted out a scene from “Empresses in the Palace’ at the last night campfire party. If they exchanged tips and battled one another occasionally...ha ha, it would not be long before soone dies from this.
Gu ngng nodded, expressing her agreent.
Kanwu hesitated for a mont before telling Gu ngng, “Mum, that....I’ve another matter to inform you.”
Gu ngng saw how Kanwu had a hesitant expression and looked like he was uncertain, so she asked, “What’s the matter?”
Kanwu lowered his head and did not dare to look into Gu ngng’s eyes so he avoided them and said softly, “I...I...”
“What’s exactly the matter?” Kanwu was not a wishy-washy kid. This was the first ti he was overly cautious so Gu ngng’s instincts told her that he created trouble. She was rather worried as she asked, “Don’t worry, your Father will hold the sky for you if it falls. Tell , what’s the matter?”
Kanwu scratched his head and confessed, “It’s nothing much, I just....I seized the stray beasts’ camp.”
“Huh?” Gu ngng could not react in ti.
Kanwu thought to himself, he was destined to suffer lashes regardless whether he stuck out or hid his head. Anyways, he had already done it, no matter how angry Mother was, she would not strangle him to death so he gathered up all his courage and repeated himself, “The stray beasts’ camp was seized by .”
“Why did you seize that place?” Gu ngng was confused.
Kanwu said in a self-righteous tone, “The grapes Mum likes to eat are in the stray beasts’ territory. I don’t want to see Second Brother going in to pluck the grapes every year using his identity as a young master of the stray beasts, so I seized that place. In the future, I’ll pluck the grapes with Second Brother for you every year.”
“It’s for those little grapes?” Gu ngng asked, not knowing whether to cry or laugh.
Kanwu nodded and answered her, “We four brothers have promised to be Mother’s reliance in the future and we’ll gift Mother with the best stuff in this world. Since Mum likes to eat those grapes, I’ll not allow anyone to touch the grapes.”
“But you just seized the stray beasts’ territory like that? Are you not scared of their retaliation?” Gu ngng asked, in an attempt to guide him patiently, “For a hundred years, the stray beasts’ camp has been standing towered like a giant. Nobody can touch its position, and naturally, it has its forte that outsiders are unaware of. You just seized the old nest like that, are you not scared of the stray beasts seeking revenge?”
Kanwu lifted his head and said, “I’m not scared! But....I’m scared that they’ll create trouble for you so I rushed over to tell the truth to Mother so that I can have a lighter punishnt....”
