“Why are you scared of ? I don’t bite.” Gu ngng sneered in detest and wanted to crack a joke but Wabei’s serious gaze made her keep her smile. She asked, “Help take a look, is there any change to the mark on the back of my neck?”
Gu ngng could not think of other reasons so the only thing she could do was to lift her long hair up and show the back of her neck to Wabei.
There was no other way, other than the snake Wabei, Elvis and Lea could not see any difference if there was a change in the mark.
Wabei stared at the mark on the back of Gu ngng’s neck closely before shaking his head, saying, “No, it’s still the sa as after you had the Soul of the Forest, it’s the snake tribe’s protection mark.”

Gu ngng frowned, feeling that things were a little serious but she acted normal and smiled, saying, “I won’t even do anything to you, why are you so scared of ?”
Wabei nodded and answered, “Because I know you won’t hurt so I suppress the desire to escape and stayed by your side.”
