??Chapter 585: Chapter 533: Ore Market

Chapter 585: Chapter 533: Ore Market

Qiao Sang turned her head and recognized the person as the manager who had let her into the match through the back door earlier.

“Money?” Qiao Sang asked, puzzled.

The woman smiled and said, “Yes, money, every contestant who wins a match gets money.”

“How much?” Qiao Sang asked offhandedly.

Right now, she was at the richest point in her life and didn’t place too much importance on unsustainable financial gains.

“Five hundred Alliance Currency for a match,” the woman said with a smile. “But with the betting pool’s bonus, you can get 130,000 Alliance Currency.”

Qiao Sang was stunned and wondered if she had heard incorrectly, “How much?”

Just for beating an E-rank Beast Tar and two mid-level Pet Beasts, she made what a Fire-Toothed Dog used to cost on the market?

And there was still money left over?!

“130,000 Alliance Currency,” the woman repeated, knowing what the young girl was surprised about. “This was your first match today, and not many people know about your strength, so they all bet on Mr. Kash, which is why your cut from this match is a bit larger.”

Qiao Sang understood, aning while she was new, she could play dumb to catch the wise, but after a few more matches, there wouldn’t be as much in bonuses… After two seconds of silence, Qiao Sang said, “I think I could go back in for a few more matches…”

The woman said with an apologetic tone, “I’m afraid there won’t be an opportunity today, as each contestant can only go on stage once per day here.”

Qiao Sang’s expression was one of regret, as if she were watching a pile of money slipping away from her.

The woman changed the subject and continued, “Miss Qiao Sang, if you’re interested in the ring matches, you can co again tomorrow.”

I would like to, but I have to attend class tomorrow, do howork, and prepare for the college entrance exam… Qiao Sang’s expression beca more sorrowful.

Seeing that the child in front of her was clearly still a student and tomorrow was Monday, she must not have ti… After pondering for a mont, the woman said to the young girl:

“If Miss Qiao Sang would like to co, I can arrange a special rest area for you. You can do your howork in the resting room; I promise no one will disturb you.”

Qiao Sang was sowhat tempted, not just by the money but also by the points.

She had mastered the curriculum at Sainan High School and there were only a few practical classes; keeping Yaobao and the others at school all sester, they might not gain much in the way of points in these few months… With this in mind, Qiao Sang asked:

“What ti do the ring matches end in the evening?”

The woman smiled upon hearing this, knowing the young girl was likely to return.

She took out a business card from her pocket:

“We operate 24 hours here, just contact

when you arrive, this is my card.”

After Qiao Sang finished the procedures and collected her money, a staff mber approached and asked:

“Sister Feng, do you have high hopes for her?”

The woman smiled and said, “Without any props or Spirit Mark, using a Little Steel Falcon to defeat two mid-level Pet Beasts in succession, how many people have you seen do that? Plus, she is a D-rank Beast Tar; her true ace beast hasn’t even been shown yet, trust , she’s definitely a gold mine.”

11th floor, rest area.

Qiao Sang was applying a muscle strengthening oil to the Little Steel Falcon.

The Little Steel Falcon cooperated and stayed still.

“Do you feel anything?” Qiao Sang asked while applying the oil.

“Steel steel.”

After seriously considering, the Little Steel Falcon cried out, indicating it felt nothing, but it slls a bit.

“Ya ya!”

Yaobao, three ters away, empathized and nodded vigorously.

Indeed, it did have a sll… But that shouldn’t be the case, wasn’t it said that the effect was always very noticeable… Could it be a hoax… Qiao Sang picked up a prepared tissue to wipe her hands and was about to pull out her phone to contact the Breeder nad Monier.

At that mont, the Little Steel Falcon’s body stiffened.

Qiao Sang noticed the Little Steel Falcon’s stiffness and stopped what she was doing to ask:

“Do you feel it now?”

“Steel steel…”

The Little Steel Falcon made a pained expression and nodded.

“What does it feel like?” Qiao Sang asked further.

“Steel steel…”

The Little Steel Falcon described the sensation, a bit itchy.

Just then, Xun Xun appeared and curiously picked up the bottle with a little bit of the muscle strengthening oil left and poured so on itself.

Five seconds later.

“Xun xun!”

“Xun xun!”

Xun Xun was calling out while desperately rolling on the ground.

It was itching to death!

Qiao Sang looked at the empty bottle next to her and realized Xun Xun had used the muscle strengthening oil.

No one could match that level of curiosity… Qiao Sang looked at Xun Xun with a complex expression.

Five minutes later.

“Xun xun…”

Xun Xun wiped the non-existent sweat from its forehead, showing a relieved expression of having survived a disaster.

“Steel steel.”

The Little Steel Falcon looked towards it and cried out, hinting it had said it was itchy.

“Xun xun!”

“Xun xun!”

Xiao Xunbao instantly beca excited.

Itchy? It was extrely itchy!

Little Steel Falcon: “…”

It suddenly realized that Xiao Xunbao’s awe-inspiring image it had in mind was sowhat different…

In the afternoon, Qiao Sang went to a jewelry store.

When she ntioned she wanted to customize diamond gloves for Xiao Xunbao, the clerk looked at her as if she were so kind of novel human species.

“Don’t you do custom orders?” Qiao Sang asked when the clerk was silent for a long ti.

“Yes, of course we do!” The clerk quickly controlled her expression and responded.

She looked back and forth between Yaobao, Xiao Xunbao, and Little Steel Falcon, and finally, her gaze settled on Yaobao.

Then, the clerk took out a asuring tape to start asuring Yaobao.

“Ya Ya?”

Yaobao looked utterly bewildered.

“What are you doing?” Qiao Sang asked as she stepped back with Yaobao in her arms.

The clerk was taken aback for a mont, “I’m taking asurents for Xiao Xunbao.”

“Xun Xun…”

Xiao Xunbao floated ominously in front of the clerk. It was Xiao Xunbao…

After Qiao Sang’s explanation, the clerk was stunned for quite a while.

If she wasn’t mistaken, this pet beast was a Spectral Series pet beast.

So, she was to customize diamond gloves for a Spectral Series pet beast?

Qiao Sang had no idea that her actions at the mont had confused others for the better part of their lives.

After confirming that the gloves could be finished in a week, Qiao Sang left the address of Sainan High School and her own phone number and na before stepping out of the store and started looking for the location of the ore market.

As the sun set in the west, a taxi pulled up beside a crystal-shaped building.

The ore market was located here.

Because of its sowhat remote location, Qiao Sang hadn’t let Yaobao follow the navigation but had taken a taxi directly instead.

After paying the fare, Qiao Sang got out of the taxi and walked inside.

“If you see any kind of ore you like, just tell ,” said Qiao Sang, not shy about spending.

“Steel Steel.”

Little Steel Falcon nodded; it understood.

Qiao Sang walked into the entrance and looked around to see that the first floor was mostly made up of stalls arranged neatly, while the second floor looked like it was filled with stores.

There weren’t many people wandering around, just a scattering.

Qiao Sang strolled leisurely.

Suddenly, Little Steel Falcon stopped in front of a stall.

“See sothing you like?” Qiao Sang smiled and looked down.

“All my diamonds here are natural,” the stall owner quickly said upon seeing a potential custor: “The particles are large, the impurities few, absolute top quality. They will look great when polished into diamonds.”

The girl in front of him was obviously a Beast Tar; diamonds might be incredibly expensive for ordinary people, but they might not even cost as much as a single potion to a Beast Tar.

“Steel Steel.”

Little Steel Falcon pointed at the diamonds on the stall with its wing.

These looked pretty good.

Qiao Sang looked at the dazzling diamonds on the ground and was silent for two seconds, “I rember you’re buying the ores to eat, right?”

“Steel Steel.”

Little Steel Falcon nodded.

“And you’re going to eat them every day?” Qiao Sang took a deep breath and continued to ask.

“Steel Steel.”

Little Steel Falcon nodded again.

Qiao Sang: “…”

Eat diamonds? Daily? Only the rich could afford that!

“Steel Steel.”

Little Steel Falcon looked at its Beast Tar’s expression and swiftly realized sothing. It pointed with its wing forward, indicating they should not buy yet and continue looking around.

Qiao Sang did not leave; instead, after a mont of hesitation, she asked:

“Do you accept credit cards?”

The stall owner’s eyes lit up: “Of course!”

Qiao Sang took out a Black Gold Card.

“Steel Steel…”

Little Steel Falcon was stunned, seemingly not expecting Qiao Sang to actually make the purchase.

With a sense of grave importance, Qiao Sang said, “Don’t get addicted to it. It’s better to vary your diet with different ores.”

“Steel Steel.”

Hearing this, Little Steel Falcon cunningly smirked and nodded.
