Seeing her beast tar’s prolonged silence, Little Treasure Hunter couldn’t help but call out again, asking what she thought of the look.
Qiao Sang paused for a mont and lied through her teeth with a straight face: "It’s not bad."

Gangbao understood its tar’s concern. It called out and patiently explained.
Humans didn’t like contracting with wild mbers of its kind, but many bases still carried pet beast eggs and its species. If it could genuinely change humans’ perceptions of its kind, perhaps its brethren in those bases could receive better treatnt.
Qiao Sang listened, dumbfounded.
She had been to the Pet Beast Base before, so she was familiar with the general layout.
Rare and expensive pet beasts were allocated the largest areas, popular pet beasts were given pri spots, and those that few people contracted were neglected, often even with their fixed daily rations overlooked.
