406 Absolutely Impossible
“Good!”
Then, Lear rushed in again to clash with Shen Fei. The two of them fought like crazy, and they moved faster and faster.
Seeing this, Aloy frowned. “Are you guys done?” she shouted at them.
“Lear, have you lost your mind? Everyone knows that it’s absolutely impossible between you and Aloy!” Shen Fei looked at Lear coldly.
“I said, as long as I’m alive, I’ll never give up on her!” Lear scread with a determined expression.
“Then what about pursuing my death? That’s just icing on the cake for you, isn’t it?” Shen Fei roared.
“Of course. That’s why you must die today!” Lear said.
Boom! As soon as he finished speaking, terrifying power burst out of Lear’s body and he charged straight at Shen Fei. The two Beastmasters collided and a monstrous shockwave rippled out from the impact.
“You really went all out. You even used the power of your bloodline,” Shen Fei said gloomily.
At this mont, Lear’s entire body was perating with a scorching aura; his entire body seed to be burning with flas. His eyes looked like the red bloodthirsty eyes of a beast.
“I will defeat you!” Lear roared and summoned more of his bloodline powers before he rushed at Shen Fei, unleashing an even more terrifying attack.
Thunder rumbled as the two of them fought, and the area they clashed in echoed constantly with ear-piercing explosions. The two opponents exchanged blow after blow countless tis, but neither of them could truly touch the other.
Suddenly, Lear shouted angrily. “There’s no way I can’t break through your defense! Shatter!”
His eyes were filled with anger as he glared at Shen Fei. Then, Lear unleashed the bloodline power in his body and injected it directly into the Sacred Sun Shield he had just summoned.
The Sacred Sun Shield began to shine brightly. It was as if it had turned into a real sun, releasing a sweltering heat that made the air feel suffocating. Then, a teor shower burst out from the Sacred Sun Shield. The teors carried a destructive force as they flew toward Shen Fei.
“Burning City!” Lear roared. He floated in the air and activated the power contained in the Sacred Sun Shield, unleashing an overpowering attack.
The fire of the Burning City technique was cast by controlling the Sacred Sun Shield with his bloodline power. It was many tis stronger than ordinary attacks, and it was enough to instantly kill any cultivator below Emperor-tier.
“Hmph! Thanks for showing a new trick. Let’s see if I can make it better. Blazing City of the Sun!” Shen Fei said as he watched the oncoming teor shower.
He decided to activate his own system-granted secret technique and mobilized the remaining power in his body. In an instant, Shen Fei’s body surged with terrifying golden flas similar to Lear’s attack. This ti, however, the golden flas were ford by Shen Fei’s bloodline power.
The golden flas flared to life and transford into a fiery golden dragon that was a few hundred ters long. The golden dragon spiraled behind Shen Fei, and emitted a mighty aura.
Shen Fei took a step forward and ran toward the teor shower. He opened his mouth and spat out a golden core. This golden core released a dazzling light and collided with the teor shower.
Boom, boom, boom!
A series of violent explosions rang out and the sky flashed as bright as day with each detonation. A violent firestorm churned overhead. Waves of terrifying energy spread out toward even the outer reaches of the wasteland.
At this mont, Lear and Shen Fei had landed back on the ground. They retreated dozens of ters and stood where they were while they continued to glare at each other.
The corner of Shen Fei’s mouth was stained with blood, and Lear’s face had turned pale. His body trembled, and he looked like he was on the verge of collapse. It was obvious that both of them had been injured by the last attack.
Lear thought to himself, ‘This guy actually blocked my attack.’
Shen Fei looked at Lear and asked, “Do you still wish to continue?”
“I’ve said it before. I won’t give up until one of us dies today!” Lear shouted coldly.
“Alright, I’ll satisfy your wish!” Shen Fei replied.
The two of them charged at each other again and engaged in a fierce battle. They were moving so fast that the area soon beca filled with their afterimages. The surrounding space beca distorted, producing violent ripples of energy that made it dangerous for anyone to approach.
Boom! Lear and Shen Fei exchanged a palm strike before they both backed away at the sa ti.
They looked at each other with burning gazes. Lear’s expression was solemn as he clenched his fists.
“Die!” he roared and activated all of his bloodline power. A golden sun rose behind him and suppressed the heavens with its fearso power.
“Go to hell!” Lear shouted. He waved the Sacred Sun Shield and sent it crashing toward Shen Fei. The power of this attack was extrely terrifying!
Shen Fei watched as Lear launched his attack. His expression turned dark as he shouted, “Nine Suns of World Decimation!”
He fused all his power into the Sacred Vessel of the Nine Suns and turned it into a huge nine-colored ball of fire. In an instant, the multi-colored fireball soared into the sky and transford into a radiant sun. Then it shot toward Lear.
The two radiant skills slamd into each other and caused a series of explosions that shook the whole realm.
Lear’s body was shaken and he stumbled back. The blood in his body was boiling, and his internal organs felt like they were churning.
“It’s ti to end it!” Shen Fei’s face was solemn, and his cold voice sounded like thunder in Lear’s ears. Then, he activated the Nine Nether Yin Mantra and gathered the nine elents within himself. The elents transford into a fearso nine-colored blade.
“Slash!” Shen Fei shouted and waved his hand. The saber tore through the air as it shot out. It reached Lear in an instant and struck him!
The clothes on Lear’s chest were completely shredded and blood sprayed everywhere. He stumbled back uncontrollably, and his eyes darted around wildly. His expression was extrely complicated.
Finally, Lear looked at Shen Fei and said slowly, “You… win…”
“Thank you,” Shen Fei said indifferently.
He did not expect Lear to finally admit that he won.
“Who would’ve thought the day would co when I actually admit my defeat to you,” Lear sneered. He had stayed in the wormhole for such a long ti in order to increase his strength. He would have defeated Shen Fei, but the reality was that he was not strong enough.
However, the truth was a bitter pill to swallow. Not only was he unable to defeat Shen Fei, he was the defeated one instead. At this mont, Lear only felt resentnt in his heart.
“It’s not that you’re weak, but that I’m too strong,” Shen Fei said.
When he heard these words, Lear’s expression froze. He regarded Shen Fei with an unfathomable coldness in his eyes.
“Is that so? Regardless, you and I must settle this once and for all!”
