She stared in astonishnt at the figure in the distance, a man even older than her great-great-great-grandfather.
To be honest, the textbooks did ntion that once a beast tar reached a certain level, they'd be granted longevity through feedback effects, living much longer than ordinary people. But it was the first ti she had seen soone live this long in real life.
Rounding it off, that's almost five centuries…
"The older they are, the stronger they are." Landon said without hiding his eagerness.
"I want to live that long too."
Laylaly had a different opinion: "Living long doesn't necessarily an being strong. Like Peter Newona, he's only a C-rank beast tar, but managed to live up to 329 years old by relying on the ability of Shengheng Mom."
"That’s just an exception." Landon retorted.
What?! A C-rank beast tar lived to 329? What kind of beast is Shengheng Mom to be that powerful?!

To battle properly, both sides needed to have pets countered by each other, and finding such opponents wouldn’t be quick.
All Beast Taming freshn were still gathered. So wanted to know more about their peers before dueling because once they left, it would be hard to find each other again, everyone was still strangers.
Other departnt students were already getting up and leaving, but not a single Beast Tar duel had started yet.
