Liu Yao was feeling a bit dazed at the mont.
He hadn’t expected that the recomndation letter would actually get Qiao Sang admitted into the Imperial Beast University.
Originally, he had only taken a "let’s give it a try" approach…
So, even when the teacher told him that Professor Wang Yanmao had agreed to help write the recomndation letter, he didn’t bother calling to inform Qiao Sang.
Right now was the most crucial stage of preparing for the college entrance exams, and ntioning the recomndation letter might just distract her.
He figured that if the Imperial Beast University really wanted Qiao Sang, they would notify her anyway, his phone call wouldn’t make a difference.
Besides, calling just to say he had arranged a recomndation letter would feel like he was trying to take credit and subtly imply that she should stay on Blue Star.
Most importantly, he had actually been skeptical about whether Qiao Sang could get into the Imperial Beast University.
No matter how talented she was, her lack of knowledge was a glaring issue. He could still rember how she had almost eaten a Fla Fruit, which was only ant for fire-type pet beasts…
Qiao Sang suppressed her overwhelming joy and said, “I got in!”
“That’s good, that’s good…” Liu Yao muttered.
“Vice Principal, thank you for helping get a recomndation letter for the Imperial Beast University. Without it, I wouldn’t have even known I could get into such a school.” Qiao Sang said sincerely.
“Why wouldn’t you be able to get into such a school?” Liu Yao composed himself and smiled.
“You even have a recomndation letter for Yulianton University, don’t you?”
“I always thought recomndation letters just ant that the school had high hopes for .” Qiao Sang said sheepishly.
“Besides, my teacher told that a recomndation letter doesn’t guarantee admission.”
“Just having a recomndation letter is enough proof of your excellence.” Liu Yao said.
“So far, Dragon Nation has never had a student with beast-taming talent as high as yours. You need to have more confidence in yourself.”
You were clearly a little skeptical just now when you asked, "You got in?" Qiao Sang found it amusing but also touching.
“Still, I really appreciate it. If not for this recomndation letter, I wouldn’t have been admitted to the Imperial Beast University.”

As they rolled, Qiao Sang suddenly thought of sothing. She abruptly sat up, rushed to her desk, picked up the recomndation letter given by her teacher earlier, and carefully signed her na on it.
Then, she turned to Yabao with unusual solemnity and said, “Burn it!”
“Yap!”
Yabao nodded, then opened his mouth. A crimson fla, no larger than a fingernail, accurately landed on the letter.
The flas licked at the paper, quickly reducing the docunt to ashes.

Inside a simply decorated office, a white-haired old man sat at his desk, writing sothing with a fountain pen.
The room was so quiet that the atmosphere felt heavy.
“Yue Yue!”
Suddenly, a red-feathered bird-type pet beast lying on the floor opened its eyes and called out.
The old man looked up.
Before him, a few lines of text ford out of fire, appearing in midair.
His gaze locked onto two particular words, which he murmured softly:
“Qiao Sang…”

Qiao Sang watched the letter burn to ashes with satisfaction.
The Imperial Beast University was indeed special, even the way they confird enrollnt was so unique. She wondered what kind of pet beast skill they had used for it…
Then, a thought struck her. She picked up her phone and dialed a very familiar number.
The call was quickly answered.
Before the person on the other end could speak, Qiao Sang said, “Mom, I have sothing to tell you, but don’t get too excited.”
The background noise on the other end was loud, as if the person was in a bustling market.
“Huh? What did you say?” Her mother shouted over the noise.
“I said! I have sothing to tell you, but don’t get too excited!” Qiao Sang raised her voice and repeated.
“Hold on a second!” Her mother yelled back.
“Xiao Zhang, take care of the shop for a bit, my daughter is calling !”
After that, it sounded like she was walking away.
A dozen seconds later, the noise disappeared completely.
“The evolution thod for Fire Fang Dogs to beco Fla Hounds was just released recently, so the shop has been really busy.” Ye Xiangting said with a laugh.
“What did you want to tell ?”
Qiao Sang tried to sound nonchalant.
“Oh, nothing much. I just got accepted into the Imperial Beast University.”
Ye Xiangting froze for a mont before chuckling.
“You said you got into the Imperial Beast University?”
“That’s right.” Qiao Sang lifted her chin proudly.
“I forgot to tell you, I joined the senior class here on Chaosu Star, so I’m actually considered a graduating student.”
Ye Xiangting’s voice rose in anger.
“This is such an important matter, and you’re only telling now?!”
Qiao Sang: …
“I wanted to surprise you after I got into university…” Qiao Sang’s voice softened, trying to sound apologetic.
“You’re only a high school freshman! How could you suddenly jump to senior year and keep up with the curriculum?” Ye Xiangting fud.

“I already passed their special admissions, so I just needed to score above 325 on the entrance exam. But today, two professors from the Imperial Beast University suddenly showed up to interview , and then they said I got in.”
“Central Hollow University is nowhere near as prestigious as the Imperial Beast University. Of course, I’m choosing Imperial Beast University.”
After speaking, Qiao Sang rembered how even she had taken a while to believe it herself, so she added, “If you don’t believe , I’ll send you a picture of the admission letter when it arrives. And if you still don’t believe , you can co with on my first day and see for yourself.”

“I promise I will!” Qiao Sang said firmly.
“Anything else?” Ye Xiangting asked.
“Nope.”
“Alright, I’m hanging up, there’s a lot of work at the shop.”
“Okay.”
“Wait! Make sure you eat well, dress warmly, and tell if you need more money.”
“I got it, Mom!”
“If you don’t understand your classes, hire a tutor.”
“Mom, I already got into the Imperial Beast University…”
“…I’m hanging up.”
“Mm.”
