Yabao slowly grew in size.
As four distinctly different yet equally magnificent pet beasts appeared in the arena, a commotion arose in the audience.
Originally, the crowd had been chanting Lavina’s na, but now their attention was completely drawn to the two never-before-seen pet beasts.
It was no exaggeration to say that nearly everyone present belonged to the upper class, people with broad horizons who weren’t unfamiliar with ultra-rare pet beasts.
Yet now, the two pet beasts sent out by Sainan High School’s student were completely unrecognizable to them. This was utterly inconceivable.
For a mont, everyone even forgot how much they had been looking forward to Lavina’s two pet beasts appearing.

"I found it too!" A black-haired girl holding her own pet beast identifier read aloud, "Ice Xilu, a high-level dual Water-Ice type pet beast."
She paused mid-sentence, then suddenly widened her eyes and shrieked:
"Oh my god! This is an almost extinct pet beast!"
An almost extinct pet beast?!
Everyone froze. Their expressions shifted as they hurriedly pulled out their own pet beast identifiers and scanned the blue creature on the field.
Sure enough, they all displayed the sa information: Endangered species.
A huge uproar erupted in the audience.
It was well known that all near-extinct pet beasts were under strict protection by the Alliance and the governnt. It was impossible to form a contract with one so easily, even for people of their background. Ｒâ𐌽𝘖ＢΕꞩ
To even apply for contracting an endangered pet beast, one had to submit a request, undergo investigations into their identity, background, and financial status by research and conservation institutions.
Of course, those without any status likely wouldn’t even qualify to apply.
And most importantly...
Any beast tar wishing to contract an endangered pet beast must have made significant contributions to the study and conservation of that species.
Afterward, they must pass a rigorous assessnt on their knowledge of the species to ensure they truly understand it.
Only after passing that would they even get a chance to apply.
Even then, it didn’t guarantee success.
The application would then be reviewed by the Endangered Pet Beast Protection Center before being submitted to the governnt for final approval.
This entire process took at least half a year.
If any stage of the process received an objection, the application would be denied.
Yet now, soone had actually ford a contract with an endangered pet beast?
And that soone was a peer of their age?
This was simply unbelievable!
"What about the other pet beast? What’s its na?" Soone suddenly asked.
One advantage of having powerful connections was access to the most advanced pet beast identifiers.
Soon, soone found the information.
"It’s called Blazing Star Canine, a high-level dual Fire-Psychic type pet beast from Blue Star Dragon Nation." They reported.
The crowd inexplicably breathed a sigh of relief.
Compared to the endangered blue pet beast, this ultra-rare dual-attribute one felt much easier to accept.
"So this girl is from Blue Star?" A brown-haired girl comnted.
The schools participating in this friendly competition were all prestigious institutions from the top three districts. Naturally, many of them had exchange students from other planets each year.
Just then, a boy suddenly seed to recall sothing and asked in confusion:
"Wait… wasn’t the star array of that Sainan High School girl orange-yellow just now?"
A silence fell over the surrounding crowd.
Many began recalling the mont the beasts were summoned.
It seed like… yes, the array was indeed orange-yellow…
Realizing this, they turned their shocked gazes to Qiao Sang.
They had seen high-level star arrays plenty of tis in their lives. But because their attention had been drawn to the two unfamiliar pet beasts earlier, they hadn’t paid much mind to the array’s color.
An orange-yellow star array wasn’t anything special...
But for it to appear on soone their age… now that was terrifying.

Qiao Sang’s focus was on the two green star arrays that had appeared the mont her opponent completed their summoning gesture.
She didn’t recognize most of the pet beasts from Chaosu Star. Even if a legendary pet beast stood before her, it would be no different from any other since she simply wasn’t familiar with them. At most, she’d just think so looked more majestic.
These two pet beasts were no exception.
Qiao Sang rely thought they were quite stunning.
That was all.
The next second, her thoughts drifted to those two simultaneously appearing green star arrays.
She had seen this kind of synchronized summoning in televised double battles and had heard that summoning two or three pet beasts at once required different summoning gestures.
But this was her first ti witnessing it in real life.
Looks like she needed to take so ti to learn how to summon multiple pet beasts simultaneously. After all, she now owned four pet beasts, it was only a matter of ti before she’d need to use it…
Just as Qiao Sang was deep in thought, the match’s starting signal rang.

"She attracts the opponent’s attention with dazzling performances, when in reality, it’s a trap."
"See that blue stardust? That’s Dream Spirit activating Dream Control. If the opponent focuses on it for more than three seconds, they’ll be forcibly dragged into a dream state."
Hearing this, soone hurriedly averted their gaze.
"Why didn’t you say so earlier?! I was staring at it for so long!"
The previous speaker was speechless.
"Dream Spirit is only a mid-level pet beast. Its effect radius isn’t that wide. It can only affect those within close range. Didn’t you notice how Dream Spirit and Four Seasons Spirit are getting closer to those two Blue Star pets?"
"I see!" soone suddenly realized.
"It looks like an elegant display, but it’s actually an attack! Genius!"
Just as those words fell-

Dream Spirit and Four Seasons Spirit were suddenly slamd to the ground as if sothing had forcefully smacked them down.
"Yap-"
anwhile, Yabao’s blue-glowing eyes held a hint of confusion.
Isn’t this a battle?
Why were the opponents just flying around in circles?
