“Wow!”
The audience erupted into a wave of enthusiastic chatter.
Ordinary high school matches rarely sparked such excitent.
But this one was different. Both sides had deployed advanced-level beasts, and the blazing Star Canine's seamless chain of attacks was simply srizing. It completely dominated its opponent with overwhelming precision, wrapping up the fight in no ti.
“That Blazing Star Canine is just too cool!”
“That was amazing! The pace of the battle was so crisp and efficient. After using Hellfire, it instantly teleported to deliver Fire Fang. Even when caught by the Evil Tail Scorpion, it didn’t panic. This is on par with beasts trained by professional Beast Masters!”
“It’s won over! Do you think Qiao Sang will send out her Ice Xilu next round?”
“I heard that before it evolved, the Ice Xilu was actually the weakest of Qiao Sang’s three beasts. I didn’t believe it at first, but after these matches, I’m starting to think it might be true…”
“Don’t talk nonsense! Even back when it was an Ice Qiya, it used Ice Flower Seal, didn’t it?”
“But wasn’t that just one blossom?”
“That was to deceive the opponent! Didn’t you see how it released dozens of blossoms later on?”
“Oh…”
On the Arena.
Two muscular beasts in white lab coats carried off the unconscious Evil Tail Scorpion on a stretcher.
Bai Binbin looked devastated.
He hadn’t expected to lose so suddenly and decisively!
Before he could wallow in despair, he felt a scorching gaze burning into him.
Following the stare, Bai Binbin realized it was the Blazing Star Canine staring him down.
What the heck? Why is it staring at ? What’s there to look at? Bai Binbin panicked under the pressure and montarily forgot his grief.

Yabao’s expression was eager as it fixed his gaze on Bai Binbin.
Two rounds down, one opponent defeated, and another waiting! He was ready to fight again!
Next up is the Scythe Mongoose… Qiao Sang mused.
Soon, the referee announced the command to summon the beasts.
Bai Binbin clasped his hands in a summoning seal, calling forth a beast with a yellow body, curved antennae, and three white scythe-like claws on each paw.
“Scythe!”
The Scythe Mongoose imdiately swung its claws in a left-right motion and struck a pose with flair.
“Yap…”
Yabao glanced at his new opponent, a re ter tall, and gave a slightly disdainful look.
It looks so weak…
“Scythe!”
The Scythe Mongoose, however, seed unfazed by its opponent’s imposing aura. Instead, it hopped twice on the spot and let out an excited cry, eager for battle.
Yabao’s eyes lit up.
Though the opponent seed weak, he liked its attitude!
The chanical sound signaling the start of the battle rang out.
The Battle Begins.
The Scythe Mangoose dashed toward a patch of blackened ground.
As it stepped onto the scorched surface, a faint shimr flickered across its body.
It continued moving, weaving side to side and changing routes as it sprinted to other patches of blackened ground.

The Scythe Mangoose moved faster and faster until its figure beca a blur.
Then, the blur split into two, then four.
The audience buzzed with discussion.
“This Scythe Mangoose must have a Toxin Boost trait, it’s deliberately running on the poisoned ground.”
“Obviously! And wow, it’s picking up speed!”
“Looks like it’s planning to launch an attack, but how is it supposed to reach the Blazing Star Canine in the air?”
Just as soone finished speaking, the four afterimages converged into a straight line.
One afterimage leapt high into the air, springboarding off the one in front of it.
The next two afterimages followed suit, quickly propelling the Scythe Mangoose upward.
In re monts, the Scythe Mangoose was face-to-face with Yabao.
“Scythe!”
The Scythe Mangoose swung its scythe-like claws, its body tilting slightly as a chilling glint flashed across its blade.
It appeared to be preparing a Triple Slash, each strike faster than the last, with twice the power of the previous blow. With its Toxin Boost trait, a weaker beast hit three tis in succession might not survive.
Qiao Sang, however, remained calm. Of her three pet beasts, Yabao had the sharpest battle instincts. He wasn’t acting yet, which ant he was waiting for the perfect mont to strike.
High above, the Scythe Mangoose angled itself mid-air, its claws gleaming coldly as it prepared to strike.
But just before the blade fell, the Scythe Mangoose suddenly plumted straight down, slamming into the ground and creating a deep crater.
Bai Binbin was stunned. He looked up and saw the Blazing Star Canine’s eyes glowing blue.
Telekinesis?!
The realization hit him just as the Star Canine opened its mouth.

“Dodge it!” Bai Binbin shouted desperately.
The Scythe Mangoose, groaning in pain, forced its eyes open, only to see an intense blaze approaching.
Boom!!
The swirling flas descended into the crater, engulfing the Scythe Mangoose in a searing explosion.
“Scythe!!!”
The Scythe Mangoose let out a pitiful cry before falling silent.
A chanical referee beast floated over to inspect the crater, whistling to signal the end of the match.
The crowd burst into chatter.
Though the Blazing Star Canine’s victory was expected, the process was still thrilling.
The Scythe Mangoose’s performance was particularly impressive. Despite facing a much stronger opponent, it showed no fear, attacking proactively and using its Toxin Boost trait to gain speed before executing a stunning sequence of leaps.
Yet, the Blazing Star Canine’s counterattack, a simple telekinetic hold followed by a fire whirl, was just as breathtaking.
On the Arena.
“Yap!”
Yabao descended, letting out a triumphant howl.
“Yap?”
Just then, he suddenly felt uncomfortable, his expression turning puzzled.
“You stepped on poison.” Qiao Sang said lightly.
“Yap Yap!”
Yabao imdiately teleported back into the air.
