After ensuring safety, Chu Chen began to survey his surroundings.

The massive palace had only one entrance, flanked by two statues of white foxes, each with a circular mark on their foreheads.

It seed that the two Emperor Level Peak Star Beasts had already entered the palace.

Chu Chen gazed at the palace's gate, hesitation filling his heart.

He hadn't contracted a Guardian Beast with the Ti Attribute, so coming to this place of the god's inheritance seed pointless, not to ntion he might face attacks from two Emperor Level Peak Star Beasts. It seed like an unwise risk.

Thinking of this made him want to retreat, but leaving like this left him unsatisfied.

After contemplating for a while, Chu Chen decided to go inside. After all, this was a divine inheritance. Even if he couldn't obtain it, seeing it was still worthwhile, especially since he was very interested in the Devouring Demon Tiger's talent.

With this thought, Chu Chen no longer hesitated and imdiately proceeded towards the palace with his three Guardian Beasts.

Upon entering the palace, Chu Chen found that there were no rooms, just one gigantic hall.

He quickly looked towards the center of the hall, where he found a statue of a Fox Girl with a human body and a fox face.

The statue was white and felt like a giant piece of jade, standing hundreds of feet tall. The woman looked skyward, hands raised as if in prayer.

Below the statue were a tiger and a fox Star Beast.

The tiger was, of course, the Devouring Demon Tiger that had entered not long ago.

And the fox was the first Star Beast that had entered, eerily similar in appearance to the fox statues outside the gate.

As Chu Chen observed the pair, the two Star Beasts beca aware of Chu Chen.

Seeing this, Chu Chen's heart skipped a beat, but he didn't imdiately flee, instead observing the two beasts quietly.

The distance between them was considerable; Chu Chen planned to flee at the first sign of trouble.

Chu Chen noticed the two beasts' condition; they had clearly just been through a battle.

The white fox dripped blood from its muzzle and nose, with several deep claw marks on its side and a large chunk of flesh torn from its neck, bones exposed.

The Devouring Demon Tiger seed a bit out of breath but unscathed.

Clearly, the white fox was at a disadvantage and seed unlikely to hold on much longer.

Just then, the Devouring Demon Tiger roared a threatening growl at Chu Chen, clearly wanting to drive him away.

Unfazed, Chu Chen kept his gaze on the white fox.

He summoned the Slaughter Atlas with a thought, checking the fox's information.

At this mont, the white fox suddenly spoke, "Human, are you willing to help ?"

Before Chu Chen could respond, the Devouring Demon Tiger grew agitated, threatening, "Human, if you leave now, I will spare your life. But if you dare interfere with our battle, I will make your life a living hell."

"Human, if you agree to help , I will certainly reward you."

Upon hearing this, Chu Chen raised an eyebrow and said, "How would you reward ? This Devouring Demon Tiger is extrely dangerous."

Hearing this, the Reincarnation Divine Fox fell silent before hesitantly saying, "I can give you a Ti Flower."

Upon hearing this, Chu Chen's expression changed. The Ti Flower was a Celestial Tier Middle Grade Heavenly and Earthly Treasure, as rare as any other Upper Grade treasure of a different attribute.

Chu Chen shook his head and said, "I don't have a Guardian Beast with the Ti Attribute, so this is useless to ."

Hearing this, the Devouring Demon Tiger expressed joy, casting a mocking glance at the Reincarnation Divine Fox, "Little fox, it seems your offer isn't tempting him; you should just succumb."

"Hmph! You despicable creature, had you not ambushed , you wouldn't be my match."

"Enough talk. Don't you understand the winner takes all? The inheritance of the God of Ti is mine." With that, it charged at the Reincarnation Divine Fox again.

The Reincarnation Divine Fox imdiately rushed towards Chu Chen's direction, evidently trying to draw disaster onto him.

Seeing this, Chu Chen coldly shouted, "If you dare co closer, I won't mind helping the Devouring Demon Tiger."

At this, the Reincarnation Divine Fox stopped its advance, staring coldly at Chu Chen, asked in a stern voice, "Human, what do you want?"

"I just stumbled in here and don't want to make trouble for myself. If you can't make an offer I can't refuse, I'll leave imdiately."

Listening to the conversation between the fox and the human, the Devouring Demon Tiger grew anxious. It shook its form and rushed at the Reincarnation Divine Fox, speaking hurriedly, "Human, as long as you leave now, you can choose any two treasures from my collection."

Once again, Chu Chen turned his gaze to the Reincarnation Divine Fox, clearly waiting for its offer.

In fact, Chu Chen didn't believe a word of the Devouring Demon Tiger's offer.

The tiger was not only cunning but also ruthless. If Chu Chen believed its lies, once the Reincarnation Divine Fox was dead, Chu Chen would surely be the next target.

However, Chu Chen pretended to buy into its words to pressure the Reincarnation Divine Fox into compromising.

The Reincarnation Divine Fox felt Chu Chen's gaze and gritted its teeth, saying coldly, "I don't have many treasures, only a Ti Flower. What do you really want? Just say it clearly."

Chu Chen's face lit with joy as he pointed at the Reincarnation Divine Fox and said, "I want you to beco my Guardian Beast."

"What? That's impossible. I'd rather die than agree to that," the Reincarnation Divine Fox roared in shock.

Not bothered by its reaction, Chu Chen calmly waved his hand and said, "Don't be in such a rush to refuse. I only need you to follow for ten years. After that, you will be free, how about it?"

Hearing this, the Reincarnation Divine Fox scrutinized Chu Chen's face, as if looking for an unusual expression.

But Chu Chen looked at it with sincerity.

"Ten years is not out of the question, but you mustn't force to do things I am unwilling to do," the Reincarnation Divine Fox said hesitantly.

Upon hearing this, Chu Chen couldn't contain his delight, nodding quickly in agreent, "Rest assured, I am a man of principle."

At this point, the Devouring Demon Tiger was furious. It roared at Chu Chen, "Human, you still have ti to leave; all my treasures can be yours."

"Do you think your treasures can compare to the Reincarnation Divine Fox?" Chu Chen remarked with disdain.

The Devouring Demon Tiger's expression changed at these words, falling silent before saying coldly, "Human, as long as you don't intervene, I'm willing to beco your Guardian Beast."

Chuckling mockingly, Chu Chen retorted, "I dare not take you as a Guardian Beast, knowing your treacherous tactics against the Ti God Deer."

Given the Devouring Demon Tiger's strength, even if Chu Chen contracted it, it could easily break free, and he'd face retaliation.

Hearing this, the Devouring Demon Tiger's expression turned sour, icy eyes fixated on Chu Chen.

"Boy, you're asking for it. Even at the Emperor Seventh Rank, you dare ddle here? Even if you join forces, you are no match for ."
