Chu Chen looked at Shadow Kill beside him and said, "Go, delay so ti, and be careful."

Upon hearing this, Shadow Kill nodded gravely, the insect wings shook violently as it rapidly charged towards the Abyss Demon Tiger.

At this mont, the Abyss Demon Tiger was incredibly rampant, letting out a provocative low roar toward the Guardian Beasts before directly slaughtering its way forward.

Half of the Guardian Beasts restraining it were gone, the remaining ones could hardly match it, each strike sending several flying.

The Abyss Demon Tiger’s attacks were terrifying, and those Guardian Beasts hit were either dead or severely injured.

At this rate, the Abyss Demon Tiger would soon break free completely, and by then, no one would be able to stop it.

The Abyss Demon Tiger flickered and charged right in front of Ji Jingfeng, its tiger claw swiftly raising to slam down on his head.

Ji Jingfeng’s Guardian Beast was severely injured by the Abyss Demon Tiger, he had just been checking his beast’s injuries and hadn’t noticed its movent.

Even if he wanted to escape now, it was too late, and the other Beast Masters hadn’t expected the Abyss Demon Tiger to abandon the Guardian Beasts to charge towards them.

Seeing the tiger claw about to land, Ji Jingfeng’s face instantly turned pale, his eyes filled with terror.

As the Patriarch of the Ji Family, dominating Celestial Star City for decades, he hadn’t expected to die here today.

At this critical mont, a dark golden blade radiance suddenly appeared behind the head of the Abyss Demon Tiger.

The Abyss Demon Tiger’s fur abruptly stood on end, a strong deadly threat pervading, it already sensed the aura of death.

Understanding that failure to evade the attack could result in death, the Abyss Demon Tiger swiftly retracted its claw, lowered its head, and rolled to the side.

The Abyss Demon Tiger’s movents were extrely nimble, performing the sequence as smoothly as if it had been rehearsed countless tis.

However, it was still unable to completely dodge the blade radiance, only feeling a slight chill on its ear followed by a fiery sting.

After rising, the Abyss Demon Tiger imdiately retreated, moving its ear subconsciously, only to discover that its right ear couldn’t move, or rather, had disappeared.

All present looked on with shock, seeing the Abyss Demon Tiger’s right ear severed.

The perpetrator hovered in mid-air, looking regretfully at its blade arm.

Ji Jingfeng, feeling sowhat emotional, said to Shadow Kill, "This is Chu Xiong’s Guardian Beast. It not only saved my granddaughter earlier but now saved as well, truly a great favor to our Ji Family."

A City Defense Army mber furrowed his brow and said, "That’s strange, Old Chu’s Shadow Golden Mantis was never this powerful."

At this mont, Lu Hongfei spoke, "Alright, stop guessing. This is Chu Chen’s Guardian Beast. I didn’t expect that after just half a year apart, the little one’s Guardian Beast would beco so strong, truly the river surges with new waves."

While everyone marveled, the Abyss Demon Tiger was thoroughly enraged, lifting its head to stare fiercely at the airborne Shadow Kill, unable to suppress its fury.

"Roar"

The Abyss Demon Tiger let out an angry tiger’s roar, waving its claw to send a pitch-black claw radiance towards Shadow Kill.

Faced with this, Shadow Kill dared not et the attack head-on and imdiately took wing to dodge into the distance.

The attack missed, inflaming the Abyss Demon Tiger’s fury even further. Though losing the ear didn’t affect its strength, it was a great humiliation, akin to an adult being slapped by a child, igniting its wrath.

The Abyss Demon Tiger leaped in pursuit of Shadow Kill, no longer paying attention to Ji Jingfeng and others.

Ji Jingfeng and others exchanged glances, their eyes filled with confusion.

A reminder rang out, "Let’s hurry back to guard the city."

The group then ca to their senses and rushed towards the city wall.

Under Chu Chen’s direction, Shadow Kill headed toward the densest part of the beast horde.

The Abyss Demon Tiger was already at the peak of fury, its rationale nearing zero, brutally dealing with any blocking Star Beasts.

It either directly crashed into them or swatted them to death.

For a ti, chaos engulfed the beast horde, giving everyone a brief respite.

After slaying hundreds of Star Beasts, the Abyss Demon Tiger gradually regained its composure, ceasing its pursuit of Shadow Kill and once more charging towards the wall.

Seeing this, Shadow Kill grew anxious, imdiately turning back to pursue the Abyss Demon Tiger.

However, it didn’t blindly charge but stealthily used Stealth and Mimicry to hide within the beast horde.

The Abyss Demon Tiger dared not be careless, with the pain of its severed ear still lingering.

Maintaining high vigilance, coupled with the vast Realm difference between the two beasts, it was nearly impossible for Shadow Kill to repeat its previous trick.

As long as Shadow Kill remained hidden, the tiger beca wary, unable to fully commit even to attacking the city.

Seeing this, Ji Jingfeng and others could only again gather forces to restrain the Abyss Demon Tiger.

Every ti the Abyss Demon Tiger sought to kill a Guardian Beast, Shadow Kill would strike at the perfect mont, forcing it to retract its attack to defend against Shadow Kill, much to the tiger’s frustration.

However, it maintained composure, knowing that the opponent only possessed stealth capabilities. A single hit would be enough to finish Shadow Kill.

The Abyss Demon Tiger, brimming with patience, sought a flaw in Shadow Kill’s maneuvers, but the latter was exceedingly cautious, with every strike precise, and its angles increasingly cunning.

After several clashes, the Abyss Demon Tiger devised a plan to kill Shadow Kill, launching another assault on the Guardian Beasts.

This ti it deliberately left a gap, raising its right claw to strike, exposing its right side fully.

Appearing ferocious, its attack was purposely weak, splitting focus to primarily monitor its surroundings.

Just then, the Abyss Demon Tiger sensed a slight fluctuation in the air on its right, a gleam of cunning flashing through its eyes, changing its claw’s trajectory to strike its own right.

Since its initial strike lacked force, altering the course entailed no delay.

As Shadow Kill approached the Abyss Demon Tiger’s side, it felt a gust followed by a massive tiger’s claw coming its way.

The strike’s swiftness and suddenness left Shadow Kill no ti to evade.

The Abyss Demon Tiger’s furious blow carried terrifying power, capable of severely wounding or even killing Shadow Kill.

In response, an eye-piercing Golden Radiance burst from Shadow Kill, its black Insect Armor instantly replaced by gold, its aura rising rapidly.

"Boom"

Before Shadow Kill could complete its transformation, it was swatted away by the tiger’s claw.

Shadow Kill flew dozens of yards away, its golden Insect Armor shattering instantly, both blade arms broken, and blood spraying through the air.

Following the successful strike, the Abyss Demon Tiger swiftly charged towards Shadow Kill, evidently intent on finishing it off.
