(The nas of the species, concepts, and languages of the two worlds are different, but to avoid confusion among readers, they are all unified and no further explanations are given.)

Opening his eyes and looking around the room, which was decorated in a style completely different from that of the Blue Star, Lin Su suddenly felt a bit more relieved.

It was just as he had guessed.

Sleeping was his way of traveling between two worlds.

More importantly, he could still travel.

Lin Su wasn't worried that he wouldn't be able to return to Blue Star after this crossing, since he had managed to return the last ti, he certainly could this ti too.

Feeling his current physical condition, a look of surprise flickered across his eyes.

Last ti when he had arrived, he had been so weak that sitting up was a struggle, but this ti he felt weak as well, yet much better than before.

This probably wasn't due to his body's own recovery abilities, but rather related to the tonic he had drunk before returning to the Blue Star.

The effects of that tonic were perhaps too good?

Lin Su had a feeling that just one more dose of a similar tonic would be enough to completely heal his body.

With that thought, he slowly lifted the blanket and sat up in bed, planning to leave the room.

Last ti, he had spent all his ti in bed and his understanding of this world was limited to what the maid, Azi, had told him; this ti, he wanted to go out and see this strange world called Shenwu for himself.

As he walked to the door of his room, Lin Su had just reached out his hand when the door creaked open by itself.

He looked up, a bit taken aback, and locked eyes with Azi, who was equally surprised.

After a mont, Azi finally spoke with a stunned expression, "Young Master, you're awake."

Lin Su's expression turned a bit strange, "Why do you always happen to see right when I wake up?"

"Because I check on the Young Master every quarter of an hour." Azi blinked, her tone devoid of any boastfulness, as if this were her standard duty.

A quarter of an hour was only fifteen minutes.

No wonder Azi always appeared shortly after he woke up.

A warmth touched Lin Su's eyes; perhaps this was a common sight in this world, where it was natural for the maid to serve the young master, but he felt grateful for it.

"Thank you." He spoke softly, stepping out of the room to look at the world outside.

To his surprise, just outside his room was a large garden. Tall marble walls surrounded it, and the grand, vintage architectural style was strikingly different from that of Blue Star. The garden was neatly planted with various flowers he had never seen before, and nurous small and weak magical beasts frolicked among the blooms.

Dazed by Lin Su's simple "thank you," it took Azi a mont to react when she realized her young master had stepped out of the room, "Young Master, where are you going?"

"I'm just looking around in the courtyard," Lin Su gestured, then hesitated before speaking, "About that tonic..."

"Hold on a mont, Young Master; I'll go and brew the dicine right away!"

"Uh... you don't have to call Young Master, just use my na."

"Yes, Young Master."

"..."

...

"Chairman Qi, I am truly grateful for this occasion." In the Lin Family's guest hall, Lin Zhen Nan raised the teacup in front of him toward the distinguished middle-aged man sitting across from him, "Once my son has recovered and ford a contract with his magical beast, he will be under the care of the Beast Taming Union."

The man known as Chairman Qi chuckled and raised his cup in response, "You flatter , Master Lin. Nowadays, young people willing to pursue the path of a Beast Tar are fewer and fewer. I've heard quite a bit about your son, a rare young man who prefers beast taming despite being from a martial arts family. The Beast Taming Union indeed ought to provide more support."

Lin Zhen Nan was about to add more when suddenly a knock sounded from outside the guest hall.

Hadn't it been said to avoid interruptions as they were entertaining a distinguished guest?

He frowned slightly, but his expression softened upon seeing who was outside the door.

It was Azi.

She was Su'er's personal maid; perhaps Su'er had awoken?

"What is it?"

"Master, the young master has woken up. I am going to brew his dicine and thought to inform you first."

"Understood." Lin Zhen Nan's face brightened, "Go make the dicine, I'll co to see him later."

"Yes!"

Once Azi had left, Lin Zhen Nan cleared his throat, "Brother Yunhan, about those docunts..."

Unnoticed, Lin Zhen Nan's address for the guest had shifted from "Chairman Qi" to "Brother Yunhan."

"These are trivial matters." Qi Yunhan smiled, pulling a black gemstone-set ring from his robes and handing it over, "After receiving Brother Zhennan's letter, I had prepared everything; it's all inside this Space Ring. As for the ring itself, consider it a eting gift for your son."

"This…" Lin Zhen Nan's expression grew serious as he looked deeply at Qi Yunhan, then reached out to accept the ring, "Then I will shalessly accept it on behalf of my son."

Such a Space Ring was no ordinary item; it required specific space-related skills of at least rank IV from a space-type magical beast to craft, and those types of magical beasts were generally of the emperor-level species.

Its value surpassed what one might consider a simple eting gift, evidently carrying deeper implications from Qi Yunhan.

Such as, deeper cooperation with the Lin Family in the future.

Having decided to make Lin Su a Beast Tar, the Lin Family's future association with the Beast Taming Union was sure to deepen, so Lin Zhen Nan was not averse to this level of overture.
