The rules of the Great Competition between the nations do not need to be reiterated for each session.
Every session follows the sa set of rules, which have been in effect for hundreds of years without the need for any additional modifications at present.
A year before entering the Battlefield of Elites, each elite enters through different teleportation portals.
Through these different portals, unique spatial coordinates are left on their bodies.
During the one year when the Battlefield of Elites is open, these coordinates remain dormant, unable to be used or detected.
Only on the day the Great Competition begins are these spatial coordinates reactivated.
As the grand halls of the six major sects appear at the highest point of the sky, gazing down like deities upon the central area of the Battlefield of Elites, the Great Competition officially starts.
All elites who have not yet arrived in the central area are instantly teleported back to the portal they entered through using the activated spatial coordinates.
All elites located in the central area see a special Token appear before them.
If this Token is shattered, its owner will be teleported back to the initial portal, indicating elimination.
High above the sky, at the very center guarded by the six great halls, a precious mirror appears.
On this mirror is written the current number of Tokens remaining, easily visible by simply looking up.
At this ti, the number of Tokens stands at over twenty thousand, representing the elites who survived a year’s brutal trial on the Battlefield and are now eligible to participate in the Great Competition.
The first round of the Great Competition is an elimination with no rules!
Only when the number of Tokens reaches four thousand will this elimination round co to an end.
Moreover, there is an additional asure that makes this battle even more perilous!
"Boom!"
As Lin Su raised his hand to catch the Token forming before him, a blinding pillar of light shot up from his body.
Similar light pillars appeared from Lu Ziye, Lin Ye, and Yan Susen standing nearby.

Yet now, even with their combined strength, they were no match for this corpse-like figure.
This skeletal strongman’s cultivation technique was extrely strange. During the fight, the wounds left on others, the traces of blood, all turned into blood mist and uncontrollably surged toward the mummy’s direction, absorbed by it, creating a horrifying scene that gave them chills.
