Looking at the mud pools full of mud minnows, Li Cunxu ca up with the idea of packing up the mud minnows to take away.

This idea is related to the future of Bengma Island.

For the expansion plan of Bengma Island, Li Cunxu intends to mimic the island expansion technique used in gas, expanding Bengma Island.

Island expansion requires dredgers, which can excavate mud from other parts of the seabed and spray it in the places where the island expansion is needed. As the mud accumulates more and more, an island can rise from the sea.

Mud minnows have a similar ability to dredgers, as they can also transfer underwater mud to other places.

A small river continuously pours water into the valley’s mud pools, keeping it in a state of moist mud.

Li Cunxu ca to the small river and summoned Xiaoyi.

"Xiaoyi, drop so Strong Sleep Toxin into the water."

Strong Sleep Toxin, a toxin developed by Xiaoyi, is mildly toxic but can forcibly drag a person into a coma.

Xiaoyi generated Strong Sleep Toxin with poison-type spiritual energy in its poison sac and dripped it into the river water from its spider fangs.

In the depths of the mud pool, a pair of eyes quietly watched the person and beast poisoning the water.

River water mixed with the Strong Sleep Toxin flowed into the mud pool, causing batches of mud minnows to faint, and Li Cunxu happily filled his pet beast bag with the unconscious mud minnows.

So mud minnows fainted on the surface of the mud pools, and others fainted beneath the mud pools. Li Cunxu did not let those fainted beneath the mud go.

He could see their panel and accurately pulled them out of the mud.

The sky gradually brightened as Li Cunxu was excitedly capturing them.

Suddenly, a roar rang out.

"Human, that’s enough, get out of here."

Accompanied by the roar, a large jet of mud sprayed out from the center of the mud pool, causing a mud rain in the valley. Li Cunxu slightly opened his palm, raising a water ball shield to block the mud rain.

A Mud Dragon, entirely soaked in mud, with wings dripping mud, stared angrily at Li Cunxu.

Li Cunxu ignored the Mud Dragon’s angry glare and instead was curious about its ability to speak.

The dragon’s intimidation wasn’t strong enough to force Li Cunxu to crouch in the mud pool. This Mud Dragon was only half Lord level, not Overlord level. At this level, it shouldn’t have been able to speak human language, yet it did.

This indicated it had consud a treasure capable of refining a throat bone, allowing it to speak.

Of Li Cunxu’s pet beasts, only Xiaoyi and chanical Pupil could speak human language, and Li Cunxu was interested in the treasure that enabled the Mud Dragon to speak human language.

"Human, get out."

The Mud Dragon roared loudly.

"No, I’m not leaving. I haven’t caught enough mud minnows yet." Li Cunxu shook his head.

"You’ve already taken away one-third of the mud minnows from the mud pool. Human, don’t be too greedy."

Looking at Li Cunxu’s calm and confident expression, the Mud Dragon, which bullies the weak but fears the strong, softened its tone a bit.

"Give half of the mud minnows from the pool, and tell the secret of how you can speak human language, and I’ll leave."

The Mud Dragon was furious.

It wasn’t angry because of losing half of the mud minnows. Their species was prolific, and they could repopulate the mud pool within three months.

It was angry because the secret of speaking human language involved its treasure. A treasure is the inverse scale of a dragon; fixating on it is akin to wishing it harm, sothing it couldn’t tolerate.

"Human, you’re too greedy."

The Mud Dragon spun around, forming a mud dragon tornado, attacking Li Cunxu.

Xiaoruan unleashed a Cyan Lotus Sword Blade, splitting the mud dragon tornado in half.

The Mud Dragon’s eyelid twitched; the tornado only exerted half its strength, not particularly strong nor weak, yet it was easily cut through.

The Mud Dragon said harshly yet weakly, "Human, I’ll give you one more chance. Leave here imdiately, and I’ll forgive your previous actions."

Li Cunxu raised his left hand holding his right hand, with his right hand supporting his chin, contemplating the Mud Dragon—not on its words, but on whether to capture this Mud Dragon as well.

The earlier clash between the Mud Dragon and Xiaoruan made Li Cunxu realize that Xiaoruan might have a chance to defeat the Mud Dragon.

The Mud Dragon was Lord-level; Xiaoruan was Silver-level, a difference of two major levels.

It seed unmatchable, but in reality, there was a big chance, and Xiaoruan had a good chance of winning.

The Mud Dragon, the sha of the Dragon Race, was a Lord-level, but its true combat power was at high-level Gold.

Xiaoruan, though Silver-level, had combat power at high-level Gold.

"Dragon pets are proud and unmanageable. Catching so many mud minnows and expecting them to listen is troubleso. If I capture the Mud Dragon and subdue it, the other mud minnows would obediently listen."

Li Cunxu shouted, "Mud Dragon, how about coming with ?"

The Mud Dragon was stunned.

I asked you to leave, yet you asked to co with you?

This topic shifted too quickly!

Li Cunxu added, "Co, let’s have a battle. If you win, I’ll leave imdiately. If you lose, you’ll co with ."

Seeing the Mud Dragon stunned, unable to clear its thoughts, Li Cunxu taunted, "You’re not afraid of losing the duel, right? I’m sending Sli to fight you, a dignified mber of the Dragon Race, and you don’t even have the courage to face Sli, do you?"

Afraid of losing, lacking the courage to face Sli...these hit precisely on the Mud Dragon’s pride of the Dragon Race.

"Fight, I’ll fight."

Seeing the Mud Dragon fall into his provocation, Li Cunxu secretly rejoiced.

"Great, let’s sign a contract to prevent either side from cheating or reneging."

Upon hearing about a contract, the Mud Dragon beca hesitant and indecisive.

The Dragon Race treasures wealth, and demons covet dragon treasures. Demons are adept at manipulating contracts, often using them to deceitfully gain dragon treasures, leaving the Dragon Race with a deep-rooted aversion to contracts.

Li Cunxu noticed and patted Xiaoruan’s head, taunting, "Dare not sign the contract? You are indeed afraid—afraid of losing to Sli. I’ve never seen a dragon afraid of Sli, tsk tsk tsk~"

The Mud Dragon, after all, was sowhat simple-minded. Provoked by Li Cunxu and considering that Xiaoruan was only Silver-level while it already was Lord-level, it felt certain of victory and thus signed the contract.

"Since the contract has been signed, let’s begin!"

"Xiaoruan, Cyan Lotus Sword Blade, ten consecutive strikes."

Xiaoruan unleashed ten streaks of Cyan Lotus Sword Blade, and the Mud Dragon erected a mud wall in defense.

Cyan Lotus Sword Blade, wood attribute.

Mud wall, earth attribute.

Wood overcos earth.

In the blink of an eye, the mud wall was sliced through, leaving several sword marks on the Mud Dragon’s body.

The Mud Dragon is a pet beast of dragon, water, and earth attributes. Both water and earth attributes are countered by wood, resulting in high damage caused by the Cyan Lotus Sword Blade.

Li Cunxu softly said, "Xiaoruan, continue, Cyan Lotus Sword Blade without rest."

The Mud Dragon wasn’t to be underestimated and imdiately counterattacked.

Mud Dam.

A mud dam twenty ters high and ten ters thick rose up, blocking in front of the Mud Dragon.

Mudslide.

The Mud Dragon waved its hands, causing mudslides on both sides of the valley.
