Dargan stood over the shattered ruin, arms crossed over his blood-forged chest, tusks steaming from heat.
The building Liora had crashed into still smoked behind him.
"Hahahaha!" he laughed, the sound booming across the broken cityscape.
"Is that all Luxoria has to offer?!"
He threw his head back, triumphant.
"I heard stories. I thought maybe… just maybe… you were strong."
He stepped closer to the wreckage, peering through the dust.
"But this?" He raised his voice. "This is pathetic."
He stomped down on the edge of the debris.
The crushed floor dipped under the pressure of Gravernox's strength.
"I don't know how soone like Vance died to your so-called family."
Then his head tilted.
His sharp eyes locked onto a faint blinking light drifting just above.
A drone.
Dargan's smile twisted into a snarl.
"…You didn't co alone."
With a sudden leap, he launched skyward and snatched the drone.
He then crushed it with one hand.
The feed distorted.

Fiona ducked farther behind the twisted rebar of a broken wall.
"Dammit," she muttered. "He found one of the drones."
She quickly issued a remote recall on the others.
She pulled them behind her and cut their lights.
Her hands trembled.
"This is bad. This is really bad."
Her voice cracked as she addressed the feed.
"Chat… I'm not gonna lie."
"That guy's fused with a full Sovereign-class siege beast and just wrecked Liora."
She tried to steady her breathing.
"And I've got no backup. Not strong enough to fight. Not strong enough to run."
Her grip tightened on Fionyx's ring.
"I was supposed to just stream a fun hunt…"
Her voice broke again.
"And now I'm watching a Luxoria Enforcer get buried alive."

Rubble was launched in every direction as tal warped and dust ignited in a circular blast.
From the crater—
Liora rose.
Her visor glowed white.
Armor cracked and flared but was still intact.
She stepped out of the ruined structure, steam billowing from every joint.
"Don't think I'm done yet," she said coldly.
Fiona gasped, heart pounding. "She's alive—she's moving!"

"The Silver Sun Core doesn't fail," she said flatly.
"I don't fall because you yell louder."
Dargan tensed.
His grin returned, but this ti there was a flicker of unease in his eyes.
"You're alive," he muttered.
"I'm not alive," Liora replied, walking forward, "I'm awake."
Silver light spiraled from her boots as she launched forward.
"Round two," she whispered.
"Let's end this properly."
Dargan snarled, blood-forged fists raised.
"I'll just need to put you down again."
Liora didn't even blink.
"Oh," she said, eyes glowing pale gold.
"Not this ti."
Behind her, the light bent unnaturally.
A deep thrum echoed across the broken city.
Leon's voice resounded—not as sound, but as pressure. Solar light rippled outward.
Silver Sun Domain: Activated.
The world changed.
The wind stopped.
The heat surged.
Light warped and dimd around Liora—but only to magnify her.
The battlefield dimd like dusk, yet she glead like a white star.
Fiona shielded her eyes from behind her barricade. "What the hell is that?"

He grunted. "Tch—Your tricks won't work."
His fused fra bristled, bonehook spikes lashing. "Gravernox, execute—!"
But his command failed mid-breath.
His movents slowed.
His blood armor dimd.
His tusk motors sparked and—stalled.
"…What?" Dargan muttered.
He lifted one hand and noticed the faint tremble.
"What is this?! What are you doing?!"
Liora moved.
One flicker-step. Then she was beside him.
She didn't speak. She didn't warn.
Railblade drawn.
Titan Edge engaged.
One precise slash—downward from collar to knee.
Sparks. Blood. tal. A rupturing hiss.
Dargan howled and stumbled—but Liora was already gone.
She appeared behind him next, her other blade already swinging.
He turned to block—too late.
Both railblades crossed at his back.
A blinding explosion of solar energy detonated at the point of impact.
The air bent.
The shockwave flattened what remained of the closest tower.
Dargan crashed forward, leaving a molten trench across the street.
Fiona's jaw dropped. "She—she's not even speaking anymore…"

Dargan roared, forcing himself upright, one tusk shattered, his chest plate hissing.
"DAMN YOU!" he shouted.
"I AM AN ENFORCER! I AM A FUSION!"
He stomped once.
The ground cracked.
"I AM GRAVERNOX'S FANG!"
He charged.
Liora didn't flinch.
She extended both arms.
Leon's voice echoed once more.
The air behind her shimred.
Then solidified into a glowing warfra cannon fused to her back.
Liora raised her hand slowly.
"Goodbye."
Silver Pulse Breaker—Fire.
The beam shot forward in silence.
A piercing, focused stream of sun-forged energy erupted point-blank into Dargan's chest.
It didn't explode.
It erased.
His charge collapsed mid-motion.
His body hurled backward, rolling once, twice.
Then slamd into the cliffside wall behind them.
His fusion form shattered.
The light faded.
Dargan lay in a broken crater, coughing blood, armor scorched, breath ragged.
Liora lowered her weapon.
"Battle complete."
Fiona stared in silence.
"…Chat?"
She swallowed.
"…Remind never to fight her."
