Lucius smirked as he saw the result of the auction.

Raiven was the one who claid Dreadmaw.

He also didn't expect their spending was that much.

And now, silence filled the air as the system registered final purchases.

Lucius smiled.

He didn't care how much extra was being paid for contract services or cultivation manuals.

Just by selling the beast itself, he had acquired more SS-rank beast cores than expected.

He leaned back in his chair.

"System, hack Dreadmaw and the four Vornis. Bind them permanently to Raiven."

His voice dropped slightly lower.

"And give the fused cultivation manual."

Lucius frowned slightly.

"Not enough…"

He quickly turned to Liline and called her via ntal link.

"Yes, Master?"

"Send three SS-Rank beast cores. Imdiately."

"As you command."

Monts later, three spectral staff phased through the wall, carrying the SS-rank beast cores.

Lucius extended his hand and smirked.

"Absorb."

The system responded instantly.

Lucius exhaled slowly as the beast cores vanished completely.

He smirked.

"Perfect."

He turned back toward the system.

"Now… it's ti to hack."

---

The spectral staff phased in front of Raiven, bringing the cultivation scroll.

Liline gave a warm smile.

"Lord Raiven, your Cultivation Manual is ready. And your beasts have already been tad and bound to you."

Raiven arched his brow. "Already?"

He looked at his own palm for a mont, then smirked.

"Luxoria Castle really doesn't disappoint. I didn't feel a thing—just like that, they're mine."

Liline gave a graceful nod. "That is the Luxoria standard."

Raiven suddenly asked, "Can you do one more thing?"

He folded his arms.

"I want to sever my old contract. It was with a temporary beast—an Elite-Tier S-Rank. Doesn't suit anymore."

Liline tilted her head. "Wait a mont."

She connected to Lucius ntally.

"Master, Lord Raiven has requested contract dissolution with his previous beast."

Lucius's voice ca back smoothly. "No problem. Just a mont."

Lucius said casually, "It's done."

Before Liline could even pass the ssage—

A portal suddenly appeared beside Raiven.

A massive elephant-like beast stumbled out.

It paused, let out a snort, and then sprinted away into the wild beyond the castle walls.

Raiven's eyes widened. Gone.

He looked down at himself.

No burn. No ntal backlash. Nothing.

"…Wow."

He exhaled.

"I don't know how Lord L does it… but that was clean."

He chuckled, then grinned. "Yeah. This was worth it."

Raiven turned to leave—but Liline stepped forward again.

"Lord Raiven—please don't forget this."

She handed him a thin book sealed in black silk.

"This is the current data sheet and detailed weaknesses of Dreadmaw."

Raiven's brow lifted slightly.

"You're just handing that over?"

Liline smiled again. "Only to you. This ti, unlike the previous auction, the weaknesses and specifics will not be public."

She looked toward the crowd.

"Only the final buyer will know how to control and maximize their beast."

"That way, its strength remains exclusive and unpredictable."

Raiven slowly took the book, turning it in his hand.

"Good. That's how it should be."

He tucked it away and walked back toward his seat.

The crowd remained in silence.

They'd just watched a full warbeast transfer, contract reshaping, and knowledge sealing.

---

A few S-rank tars at the back began to exchange glances and murmurs.

"…So that's it?"

Another exhaled. "Seems like the auction's over. Damn sha."

"Yeah," a third said.

"After that hell in the mist forest… I thought there'd be more."

The first tar nodded.

"Still. Seeing Dreadmaw in person? That made it worth it."

"Absolutely," another added.

"That thing made Titanhoof look a bit tad."

A woman nearby scoffed lightly.

"Well, we may not have won anything, but we survived that fog, didn't we? That alone proves sothing."

One of her teammates smirked.

"And now we know just how wide the gap is between us and soone like Raiven."

"True," the first man said.

"Still... if Luxoria Castle ever sells another like Dreadmaw—"

"I'm selling a limb if I have to," the last one muttered.

They all laughed lightly, the tension easing.

But in every glance... admiration, envy, and awe lingered.

But just as the people began to leave, Liline's voice rang out again

"Why are you all standing up?"

Dozens of heads turned back.

Liline's expression was soft.

But the smirk tugging at her lips said otherwise.

"Who told you the auction was over?"

The room froze.

"…Wait, what?"

"I thought that was the final one?"

"No way…"

Liline took a slow step forward.

She raised her hand and gestured to the stage.

"We still have one more beast."

Gasps rippled through the room.

Elaris leaned forward with a smile. "Another one?"

Sylvia smirked, brushing her hair aside. "They were holding back."

Neither had managed to secure a sovereign-tier beast yet.

This was their chance.

At the far side, Raiven frowned deeply.

"…Damn it. They never said Dreadmaw was the final one."

He clenched his fist slightly. "And I just spent all of my cores."

Liline tilted her head.

"We never claid we only had one."

She let the silence hang for a second longer, then added with a sharp smile:

"And let give you a special secret, for bidders only."

She raised two fingers.

"This next beast… is stronger than Dreadmaw."

Another wave of murmurs.

Liline's voice sharpened.

Just cutting a bit through the noise like a blade.

"All four of its stats are SS-Rank. Not a single weakness."

The entire room erupted in a mix of disbelief and excitent.

"Wait, what?!"

"Full SS-Rank stats?! That's ridiculous!"

Liline smirked wider.

"Luxoria Castle doesn't just sell ordinary beasts."

She took a step back as the lights above the stage began to dim—

And a low chanical rumble echoed beneath the floor.

The ground trembled slightly.

The air grew heavy.

The next beast was rising.

And this ti—

None of them dared to look away.
