Lucius walked straight to their table. He imdiately glared at the spread of food laid out before them.

He smirked as he watched them eating and enjoying the food themselves. "You all seem to be having a good ti."

Loriea grinned while taking a sip of her drink. "Of course. We have money now, so we should eat better."

Lucius raised his eyebrow. "I see. So, what exactly do we have here?"

Loreia glanced down at the various dishes, explaining them imdiately to Lucius.

"Bovarex Bone Broth Risotto—rice soaked in the rich marrow broth of a Bovarex. Then there's Grizzhog Boar Wellington, wrapped in a golden, flaky crust. And… Bovarex Imperial Steak—thick, perfectly seared, still juicy inside."

He sat down and picked up a fork, inspecting the al before smirking. "Judging by the nas, you all went for the expensive options."

Loreia grinned. "Of course we did. If we're going to eat, we might as well eat well."

Luna, already cutting into her steak, waved her fork lazily. "Don't pretend like you wouldn't have done the sa, Master. You should be thanking us for leaving you anything at all."

Lucius chuckled. "I suppose I should be grateful then."

Liora, who had been quietly eating, gestured toward his plate. "Eat. Before it gets cold."

Lucius nodded. "Sure. I'll see if this food is as good as it sounds."

He picked up his knife, slicing into the Bovarex Steak, watching as the juices spilled onto the plate.

The mont he took his first bite, his expression remained neutral for a second… before he smirked.

"Not bad."

Loreia laughed. "Not bad? That's all you're going to say?"

Lucius took another bite, chewing slowly. "I've eaten rarer delicacies, but… this is definitely one of the better als I've had in this world."

Luna smirked. "See? We know how to pick a good place."

Lucius leaned back slightly. "I suppose I should trust your judgnt more often."

Loreia grinned. "Exactly. Now shut up and eat before we take your share."

Lucius let out a small chuckle, cutting another piece of steak. "I'd like to see you try."

With that, the four of them continued their al, enjoying a rare mont of peace before whatever ca next.

In Cassius' room, the Aurelius family investigators were standing before Cassius.

They were reporting back the information about Loreia Luxoria that they had gotten.

Cassius leaned forward, resting his elbows on the desk. "So? What did you find?"

One of them hesitated before speaking. "Our investigation turned up... nothing significant."

Cassius' brow twitched. "Nothing significant?"

The investigator nodded. "Yes, Master Cassius. Everything we found indicates that Loreia was just a good office worker. Hardworking, reliable, but nothing beyond that."

Cassius's frown deepened. "You an to tell that an ordinary office worker suddenly beca strong enough to have an S-Rank Beast Fighter at her side?"

The investigator gulped but quickly continued, "There was… one unusual detail."

Cassius leaned in slightly, intrigued. "Go on."

The investigator cleared his throat. "We found that she quit right after being attacked by two of her drunk coworkers—Deon and Galwin."

Cassius's eyes narrowed. "Attacked? Explain."

Another investigator stepped forward, flipping through a small notebook. "It seems Deon and Galwin were frequent troublemakers."

"They often dumped their work on Loreia, which was one of the reasons she left. But the real trigger for her resignation was that they assaulted her one night after drinking too much."

Cassius tapped his finger against the table. "And where are these two now?"

The investigator hesitated before answering. "We tried to track them down... but we cannot find them."

Cassius snorted. "Of course you can't."

The investigators exchanged glances before one of them cautiously asked, "Master Cassius... what do you an?"

Cassius let out a short, cold chuckle, shaking his head. "Don't waste any more ti searching for them. They're most likely dead."

The lead investigator shifted uneasily. "You think soone killed them?"

Cassius smirked darkly. "I don't think—I know."

The investigators remained silent, waiting for their master to explain.

Cassius leaned back, arms crossed. "Use your brains. Two n attack a woman. That woman suddenly vanishes and reappears with an S-Rank Beast Fighter. Those two n? Nowhere to be found. It doesn't take a genius to figure out what happened."

One of the investigators gulped. "You think she killed them?"

Cassius tapped his fingers against his armrest. "Not necessarily. Maybe she did. Maybe soone else did it for her. Either way…"

He smirked. "They're dead. And if they're not, they're wishing they were."

The investigators remained silent, processing the revelation.

Cassius exhaled, shaking his head. "This just keeps getting better."

One of the investigators hesitated before speaking. "Shall we keep looking into their whereabouts?"

Cassius waved his hand dismissively. "No. Forget them. Focus on Loreia. She's the key to all of this."

He suddenly rembered sothing. "Wait a minute."

He leaned forward, resting his chin on his hand. "You got her address from the information you gathered, didn't you?"

The lead investigator nodded cautiously. "Yes, Master Cassius. It was listed in the company records. But…"

He hesitated. "We haven't verified if it's her actual residence."

Cassius smirked. "Then let's fix that, shall we?"

He stood up slowly. "Go and check her house. I want to know if it's real or just another lie."

One of the investigators visibly tensed. "Master Cassius, if she's as dangerous as we suspect, wouldn't this be… risky?"

Cassius chuckled coldly. "Of course. That's why I'm not sending you alone."

The investigators exchanged glances.

Cassius turned toward the shadows near the far end of the room. "Vance."

From the darkness, a figure erged.

Cassius smirked. "You'll accompany them. Make sure nothing unexpected happens."

Vance gave a slight nod, his expression unreadable. "Understood."

Cassius looked back at the investigators. "You'll do what you do best—observe. Gather information. See if this 'Loreia Luxoria' is who she claims to be."

"And if she's not... we'll know soon enough."

The investigators and Vance bowed. "Yes, Master Cassius."

As they left the room, Cassius leaned back into his chair, his smirk never fading.

"Let's see if you really exist, Loreia Luxoria."
