A ceremony was now being perford in one of the villages in this world that was being joined by all of the 18-year-old teenagers.
The awakening ceremony was important, as this was the ti for the young people to awaken their own beast-taming talent.
One of the awakeners was actually Lucius, an orphan but handso man in this village. Many won liked him and n disliked him because of his face.
Soon the awakening ceremony started and the teenagers began to go to the platform to awaken their own talent one by one.
All teenagers had successfully awakened their beast-taming talent and now it was ti for Lucius to go and awaken his own talent.
Lucius then went up and stood before the Awakening Crystal, the one that the elder used to awaken the teenagers beast-taming talent.
The awakening crystal was not really rare and also not really precious, as its only function was only to awaken the talent of the teenagers.
The elder who looked at Lucius only frowned as he told him to do the steps for awakening: "Place your hand on the Awakening Crystal and awaken your talent."
Lucius did what he was told and imdiately put his hand on the Awakening Crystal but after so ti nothing happened.
Lucius also didn't feel anything. Usually the teenagers would feel sothing as the Awakening Crystal glowed but for him it didn't.
Lucius imdiately looked at the elder and asked him about the current situation: "Elder, what is happening here? Why doesn't the Awakening Crystal glow?"
The elder who looked at the situation only smirked a little and told him about it. "It's just as I suspected. You really are a lucky one."
Lucius could only be confused as he heard that and suddenly, the elder began to mock him, "You are so lucky that the rare empty talent awakening happened to you."
Lucius, upon hearing it, was imdiately shocked and asked him back, "What do you an by rare empty talent?"
The elder smirked and said it again, "Just like what I say, you are a rare one that awakens empty talent, aning that you will never be a beast tar."
Lucius was shocked upon hearing it again. His life was already bad because of his orphan status and jealousy from other n.
Suddenly, as Lucius was still frowning, a man suddenly kicked him and when he turned around, he imdiately knew that the man was Paxton.
Paxton was the village chief's son because of his position; he always bullied Lucius because Lucius was more handso than him.
Usually Paxton only bullied Lucius with mocking words or so light hit, as he was still the son of the village chief and needed to keep the dignity of his father.
But now Lucius was a talentless orphan. He didn't have anyone in this village that was his family so Paxton could bully him more.
Paxton, who had kicked Lucius, then smirked and said, "Lucius, you were an orphan and were never a functioning mber of our village so I want to propose sothing."
Paxton then looked around the villagers, who didn't move at all. The won frowned a bit and the n only smiled, looking at the bullied Lucius.
Paxton then imdiately announced his proposition, "I want Lucius to be kicked out of our village as he is pretty much useless to our village."
Lucius imdiately frowned after hearing it and he wanted to say sothing but was hit in the mouth by Paxton to stop him from talking.
The n who heard it imdiately cheered up as they shouted, "Kicked him out. We don't need talentless n in our village."
The n were more than happy to kick Lucius, who was very handso in the village, while the won didn't do anything as they were afraid of Paxton.
Paxton, who heard the n, imdiately smirked and said, "It is decided now that Lucius will be kicked out of our village so for his final gift, let's give him so hands."
The n who heard it imdiately smirked and with Paxton, they carried Lucius roughly to the outside village.
They also used this chance to hit Lucius, either by punching or kicking him, to let out their frustration on him from a long ti ago.
Soon enough, the male villagers carried the now-injured Lucius and threw him out of the village and they smiled after seeing their work.
Paxton, who was the leader, smirked and spitted on him before telling him, "Scram now. Don't think to co back to our village or else."
Lucius, who was already injured, could not really talk and could only crawl out bit by bit with his body.
Paxton and the n only laughed hard after seeing Lucius' condition before going back to the village.
Lucius, who was now crawling to the forest, could only beco angry as he looked at them from behind and said, "Just wait for . I will kill all of you later and destroy this village."
Lucius wanted revenge but he was in a state where he was unable to do anything and he could only be sad.
He crawled, pulling his own body to a huge tree for a rest. He had been crawling for an hour and his body was sore.
The big tree that he was rested on was actually the sacred tree where Lucius was found by the villagers when he was a baby.
Although he was found in the sacred tree, he was not considered the holy son but just a bastard son, as he was deed to have dirtied the sacred tree.
Lucius didn't know why the tree was deed as sacred but he knew that for a fact, this tree was the biggest and oldest in this forest so maybe that was the reason.
Lucius then looked at the sacred tree and said, "Sacred Tree, if you really are sacred, then you must have the ability to help ."
Lucius then continued to talk with anger, "Sacred Tree, I want to destroy the village and kill everyone in it. For it, I will pay anything."
As soon as he said it suddenly, in the spot where he was resting, a symbol suddenly appeared and in that mont, his body was gone from there.
