Chapter 401: 401. Already slaughtered monsters

Lann had no idea how to express his current feelings.

He had always been an observer of mories, but today, within this special mory, the characters ’on the TV’ actually interacted with him!

After Belisarius Kao’Er bowed initially, he stood up again amidst the sll of machine oil and the hum of motors.

Regaining that extraordinary tall figure.

"The self-introduction is complete, next I will convey a ssage, please listen attentively."

Neville’s thoughts were no longer just confused, but also slightly fearful.

This fear was because he knew how special the person before him was within the Empire.

And for the Mars Great Sage, who wished to communicate entirely in the sacred binary, to now speak words full of human warmth from his voice apparatus...

Who exactly was he speaking to?!

But Belisarius Kao’Er was not affected by Neville’s emotional fluctuations.

His voice, like an old phonograph, slowly began to speak.

"You must fully develop your will and spirit. You will witness more wonderful worlds and acquire more wonderful knowledge. Do not hesitate, go and acquire them, use them. Your purity is beyond doubt."

Belisarius Kao’Er’s tone was extrely solemn while conveying this ssage, as if just repeating these words was conducting a sacred and important task.

But for the latter part of the ssage, he uncharacteristically hesitated.

"You need to grow quickly, but... not too quickly."

Belisarius Kao’Er had long transford his mind into a machine, so long that he himself was about to forget.

And this also ant he had lived a chanical lifestyle for a long ti.

He could not comprehend, if one could be fast, why be slow.

But since this was the sacred mandate of the OmniSea, he only needed to execute it wholeheartedly.

Lann and Neville listened in a daze.

Belisarius Kao’Er had no intention of giving them ti to remain in a daze.

After the conveyance was completed, he redirected his focus back onto Neville.

"Neville, from now on, recall all knowledge from the [Bone Enhancent Organ] to the [Blood Reconstitution Organ], and be precise to the utmost detail."

This was precisely the surgical step missing in Lann’s current sequence.

Belisarius Kao’Er, or the one who had him convey the ssage, even knew exactly what progress he was stuck at!

As Neville executed the command, he began to ticulously recall the biochemical knowledge he had studied and practiced for decades.

Excluding the [Muscle Enhancent Organ] that Lann had previously obtained, his recollections provided five pieces of technology to the young man.

[Bone Enhancent Organ], [Blood Reconstitution Organ], and the differences between a Primaris Marine and early Interstellar Warriors—three foundational Primaris elents.

The [Bone Enhancent Organ] is the pre-surgery for the [Muscle Enhancent Organ]!

Belisarius Kao’Er’s training of Neville was incredibly comprehensive, perhaps even too comprehensive.

He completely equipped Neville with all the knowledge and procedures from organ creation to implantation surgery of the Interstellar Warriors.

This was also the reason Neville was rarely praised, his knowledge reserve even rivaled that of a chanical Divine Teachings’ ordinary Biological Sage.

In terms of study ti and resources, Belisarius Kao’Er’s investnt in him was less than half of what it took to cultivate a Biological Sage.

Since [mory Dive], an unprecedented amount of knowledge began to pour in and was recorded in Lann’s mind, ntos was already overwheld.

Lann’s body temperature had already skyrocketed to nearly fifty degrees due to the excitent and fervor of the genetic seed, and now his brain temperature was even higher!

If not for the inexplicable heat-resistant constitution, his brain would have already been half-cooked by now.

In this current state, this [mory Dive] was inevitably drawing to an end.

And as Lann’s consciousness was about to drift into a haze, he vaguely heard the last part of the conversation between the Great Sage of the chanical Divine Teachings and the Primaris Space Marine.

"You know, I’m not talking to you, right, Neville?"

"Yes, sir, I have realized. I’ve beco a conduit for communication between you and soone else, is it spiritual energy? But I didn’t see any ice phenona."

"No, it’s not spiritual energy communication, Neville. Our conversation, through your mory, has been transmitted to the other end of ti. We are communicating across ti."

"My... mory?"

"Perhaps a genetic seed, perhaps so device that reads mories from a corpse, sothing like that."

When discussing death, Belisarius Kao’Er’s attitude was extrely indifferent. As if the person before him, whom he praised as ’the least dull one’, was just a roadside weed.

For a chanized mind, this was quite normal.

But Neville’s own attitude was identical to that of Belisarius Kao’Er.

He accepted his inevitable death in the future calmly, perhaps even indifferently.

Even though he had toiled over his life-learned knowledge for decades nearly a century, even though he had honed himself on the battlefield for decades nearly a century... there was no reluctance, no hesitation.

Only a sense of relief... of acceptance.

He confird that even at the end of his life, he had played his due role.

This was a blessing.

"We rise from the flas... sir. Death is, after all, the reward for our loyalty. For the Divine Emperor, for humanity, we would not hesitate to die a thousand deaths!"

-----------------

The other half of the view was withdrawing, fading away.

The iron structure entwining machinery and religion was slowly disappearing, the candle’s white fla, the bluish glow of the culture tanks were all dimming.

Finally, the entire view was once again overtaken by a pure white space and a calm lake surface.

Only, all the small spiders summoned by Spider Rom from the universe had been scattered into fragnts.

And the Turbulent Flow Greatsword was currently stuck between Spider Rom’s rock-like head and body.

Lann was not surprised, for his consciousness maintained synchronization with both sides from beginning to end.

He linked the Primaris Space Marine’s cognitive ability and combat experience, adjusted it through himself, and applied it to his own battlefield.

"It’s ti to end this."

The Ancient God that controlled ti, its misshapen mouth was bubbling blood profusely.

The recent attack of the [Turbulent Flow: Dragon Flash] had severed all limbs on one side of It.

Throughout the entire battle, this higher being did not exhibit Its control over ti, thus It was much easier to handle compared to Lann’s expectations.

This did indeed align with Master William’s reminder.

Lann endured a headache, spurred by [Spiritual Vision] from the [mory Dive].

Mastering the hand seal precisely, he aid his palm at the broad side of Turbulence.

The great sword was now lodged in Spider Rom’s neck, now he was to use it as leverage to pry this Ancient God’s head off!

"[Alder]!"

"Boom!"

The broad sword surface provided a good point of force for the Magic Seal.

"Wuu wuu wuu~"

The eerie quiet wailing like being alone in the universe, interspersed with the terrifying sounds of limbs and flesh being torn and ripped apart.

Finally, the boulder-like head, densely packed with black eyes in its crevices, with strands of flesh fragnts, was violently pried off by the Turbulent Flow Greatsword!

Master William’s student, Byron Vis, the stage achievent of the Spiritual Vision theory, trapped the ti-webbed Spider Rom, now slain by the Demon Hunter.
