After finishing eating, I turned to Manaia, who was chatting with Zyra.

"We need to finish reinforcing the huts that were destroyed in the last invasion. I’ll tell the girls who are free to take care of it..."

"Zyra, excuse for borrowing Manaia for a mont, I’d like to ask her sothing."

"Of course, Chief, I’ll take my leave..."

"No, no, don’t worry, it’s nothing private or anything, just sothing I need to know."

"Tell , Jax, how can I help you? If it’s sothing I know, I won’t hide anything from you."

"Haha, don’t be nervous, I just want to know how long until the end of the month?"

"Well, it’s almost over, so there’s one week left, 6 days to be exact. Why, did sothing happen?"

"I won’t hide anything from you. Apparently, we need to prepare for a battle on the last day of the month. The benefits we can get to defend the village depend on that battle. I’ve been researching guild options and there are skills we can unlock, like a force field to defend the village, but it requires us to be at least rank 299."

"What rank are we, Jax?"

"How difficult is it?"

"We are 325, but I’ve never been to those battles, I didn’t even know they existed. During my ti in the Soaring Dragon kingdom, too many things were hidden from , sighhh... I really was so stupid and credulous."

"Don’t worry about that, Jax, we still have ti."

"Yes, Leader, we will train even harder to et your expectations. With you guiding us, it’s impossible for us to fail this mission."

Their confidence in was imnse, but I was afraid to tell them that my level had vanished. I didn’t want to worry them; besides, it would be unnecessary if I could reach level 96 without knowing anything about this world, I can do it again.

"I’ll go to the beach for a while. See you in 3 hours at the training ground, don’t be late."

"See you, Jax, be careful, don’t go too deep into the sea, it’s very dangerous."

"Of course, Chief, I’ll inform everyone to be ready in 3 hours."

I said goodbye to the girls and walked towards the beach.

The Beach and Preparations

After walking a few minutes, I reached the beach and observed the calm ocean. On the surface, it seed incredibly peaceful; only the ebb and flow of the waves could be seen, but I knew it was full of powerful animals, so much so that there wasn’t a single bird in the sky trying to get so fresh fish.

Yesterday, when I had explored a large part of the island, I had noticed that it was teeming with enemies; my old skill [Hero’s Vision] could not be deceived by them. I decided to co to the beach alone because I didn’t want to remain at level 1; it would be too risky to take the girls to train without the power to defend them. I walked towards a palm tree where I left all my clothes before entering the ocean. In the area near the beach, there were non-aggressive animals. I wanted to take advantage of that little trick. I opened my inventory, but there was nothing useful. With no other options, I dove in and saw so small fish swimming peacefully. I couldn’t kill just any, as blood would alert predators.

I kept diving until I found my target:

[Steel Clam]

[Level 15]

It asured fifty centiters and was black, its shell felt as if it were made of steel. I dug around it and began to drag it, using the water to help it float. The clam weighed close to 200 kilos, but thanks to my passive abilities not being removed, I was completely fit and could carry even half a ton effortlessly.

I pulled the clam out and left it on the beach. I did that until I took out all the Steel Clams in the nearby area. They were a strange target; predators didn’t attack them, as their shell was harder than steel. Only a large predator over level 45 would try to eat them. But there was a trick: the clams needed to eat and breathe. Even if I subrged them in boiling water, the clams wouldn’t flinch; you just had to wait.

An Unexpected Encounter

I lined up the clams and returned to the palm tree to get my dry clothes. As I was changing, I heard Manaia’s voice shouting at .

"Hello, big Jax and hello, little Jax!", she said. Without sha, as she knelt down and began to suck my cock.

"I didn’t know you were so bold," I told her.

Manaia didn’t respond and kept sucking with passion.

Slurp... Slurp...

The wet sound of Manaia’s mouth excited even more as I enjoyed her excellent service.

Just as I was about to cum, Manaia stopped, squeezing the shaft of my penis to prevent from coming.

"You’ve been a bad boy, so you don’t deserve a prize," she said with a smile.

"Hey...! That’s not fair!", I protested.

Manaia stood beside and placed her mouth next to my ear.

"Leila told she found us in my bed yesterday. Why did you let her see us? She’s an innocent child," she whispered.

"It was an accident. I was so focused on how your ass was bouncing on my dick that I wasn’t paying attention. But she ran off, I don’t think she saw much."

"That doesn’t stop her from asking all morning about what happened between us yesterday and if she can participate too."

"WHAT DID YOU TELL HER?"

"That it depends on you and her, but that you should talk about it carefully before making a decision."

"I just want to know one thing, what’s your opinion on this?"

"Jax... I know I can’t monopolize you, and I’ve seen how you look at all the won in the village. Besides, as our savior and the only man in this place, I know they will all approach you to satisfy their needs. I just ask you not to break their hearts and hurt them. Although we are now under your protection as part of your guild and depend on your protection, I still worry about them, I feel a great responsibility to protect them."

"I can promise you that I won’t force anyone to do anything they don’t want to."
