He was a Guan family’s child. According to the Lu’s father, he looked very much like his father, while Lu Tianzhi resembled his mother. As such, to outsiders, Lu Tianzhi and Guan Yu looked more like siblings even, in comparison with actual brothers due to their similar faces and noses. Also, their ages were quite close. Apart from Guan Yu being a bit shorter and thinner, they practically seed like twins.
