Chapter 714: Chapter 713 – Unattainable_1 Chapter 714: Chapter 713 – Unattainable_1 “The wife of the Minister of National Defense.”

He Shasha gasped, “Wow, wow, wow… Nan Fei, you’ve only been in Imperial City for a few days! Yet you’ve managed to provoke such a big shot?”

Nan Fei looked at her with a sly smile, “Are you scared?”

“No way! You underestimate , He Shasha. I was just expressing my admiration for you.”

“Why did you suddenly show up?”

He Shasha scratched her head embarrassedly, “It’s because the military school is about to start! So, I ca to report!”

“I should have known…”. She had figured that He Shasha would apply to the sa school as her, but she hadn’t expected her to actually get in. For her grades to be good enough for military school, she must be really lucky.

Feeling guilty for not telling Nan Fei earlier, He Shasha quickly changed the subject. She had been a few days late because of so issues at ho that she needed to resolve before coming to Imperial City.

“Let’s go to the hotel first, you have no idea how tired I am after such a long train ride.”

“Where’s your luggage?”

“Luggage?” He Shasha blinked, then realized, “I only need money, why would I need luggage? It’s not only tiring, but it’s not aesthetically pleasing either.” She never brings luggage when she travels far.

Nan Fei: “…”

On their way from the train station, Nan Fei briefed He Shasha on the incidents that had taken place at the Dai Family’s and her conflicts with Tang Qian and Lu Dongxin. Incensed, He Shasha lanted over her late arrival.

By the ti they got off the car, they had arrived at the entrance of a newly built villa estate.

“Why are we coming here?” He Shasha asked, confused. Her initial plan was to stay in a hotel for a few days before being assigned to a dormitory once school starts.

From her understanding, the military school had strict regulations, and all students had to live in school housing. It was impossible to live outside instead.

“I bought a new house. We’ll live here from now on.” Nan Fei had chosen to live with Dai Jinhai because she didn’t want to disappoint her teacher, but she never had the intention to stay in the courtyard residence permanently.

She knew she wasn’t fit for such high-class living, because she knew how people would start to gossip about her.

Therefore, she managed to hire Yang Yun to help her buy a villa in Imperial City, close to the school district even before she arrived. Originally, she had planned to move into the villa once school starts. However, she didn’t expect to be kicked out from the courtyard residence so soon.

Thinking about it, humiliation could be seen in her clear and beautiful eyes.

“Great! This place is nice.” He Shasha admired, “Nan Fei, you really think ahead.”

“Buying a house in Imperial City is a good investnt. If you have the money, you could buy a few more.”

“Okay! I brought quite a lot of money this ti.” After speaking, she winked at Nan Fei and mysteriously said, “My dad must have taken the wrong dicine because he left his entire fortune to in his will.”

He Rongxi must have been seriously impacted by Jing Tong’s incident.

“Sister Nan Fei.” The usually silent Jiang Yang pointed at a fountain in the villa estate.

Nan Fei cast her sight towards the direction he pointed and quickly saw Huo Beijiang’s upright figure and his sharp facial profile. She took out a key from her bag and handed it to He Shasha, “Take Jiang Yang to villa number three.”

“Okay!” He Shasha, also spotting Huo Beijiang, took the key and ran off with Jiang Yang.

Huo Beijiang stood facing the entrance, lost in his thoughts, and didn’t notice Nan Fei’s approach. Suddenly, he felt a soft body pressing against him, his murderous instinct surged, but upon recognizing the familiar fragrance, his expression softened slightly.
