“I know.” Yu Fengji smiled as he approached, sitting down beside Xin Wu. The two sat side by side on the curb, and Xin Wu casually handed him a pack of puffed rice candy, “You should eat so to fill your stomach, and you’ll have the energy later on.” As she said this, she gave him a knowing look.
Holding the puffed rice candy, Yu Fengji felt both amused and helpless, but he still unwrapped it and started eating. The candy was sweet and fragrant, filling his heart with sweetness. He never realized kids’ puffed rice candy could be this delicious. So he ate one after another, and before he knew it, the small pack of puffed rice candy was gone.
As Yu Fengji sat on the curb eating snacks, the originally tense atmosphere took a bizarre turn and never returned. “But Sister-in-law doesn’t want to co forward, the Huo family is angry for her, and it wouldn’t be right for her to appear now.”
