Yu Fengji spoke while gazing intently at Fu Xinwu, his eyes full of undisguised joy and excitent. For soone with such a reserved personality, he had never let his emotions show so openly.

"Are you inviting to dinner?" he asked in a husky voice.

"Uh... But I’ve already eaten," Fu Xinwu said, instinctively touching her stomach. "Just ate, and I’m very full! My aunt treated ."

Upon hearing that it was Jiang Nanfei who treated her, Yu Fengji knew that Xinwu had definitely t Jiang Nanfei, and he secretly breathed a sigh of relief. Although her future uncle had a bad impression of him, luckily the aunt seed to hold him in good regard.

If not for Jiang Nanfei, he might not even have had the chance to be friends with Xinwu.

"Thank you, aunt, for treating you to a al," Yu Fengji suddenly said.

"What?" Fu Xinwu was taken aback, "Jiang Nanfei is my aunt, not yours."

His little sche to secretly get closer was exposed by Xinwu, but Yu Fengji didn’t feel awkward. Instead, he admitted, "Your aunt is my aunt too. It’s not wrong for to call her that."

Fu Xinwu looked at Yu Fengji with a complex gaze, thinking that even though he had a rather cold and sowhat proud personality, calling soone younger than himself "aunt" and treating her as an elder for her sake was quite rare.

In fact, over the past two months, she had co to realize that she liked him; otherwise, she wouldn’t have kissed him as if bewitched.

Since she likes Fu Xinwu, she won’t be coy about it. She prefers to acknowledge it openly. Before, dodging and not eting him, she was actually a bit unwilling to give up her plan to study abroad.

But now, with a baby on the way, she had to give up, even if she was unwilling.

"Never mind! You haven’t eaten yet. I’ll treat you to a al first."

"Okay!" Hearing that Xinwu was willing to treat him to a al, Yu Fengji knew the girl had forgiven him and imdiately laughed, a light and gentle smile with a hint of flattery.

Fu Xinwu suddenly felt like she might have been too an. How much had she bullied Yu Fengji over the past two months? His days must have been tough!

Indeed, Yu Fengji had been tornted over Fu Xinwu for the past two months, tossing and turning, unable to eat or sleep well. He was originally a deeply thoughtful and reserved person, and outsiders couldn’t see it.

"So, what do you want to eat?" Fu Xinwu was not stingy, "Sis is treating, you can pick anything in the whole Imperial City." It was indeed very generous.

Hearing her call herself "sis," Yu Fengji squinted slightly but didn’t correct her and smiled, "I think the Royal Mansion is good."

"Alright then, we’ll go to the Royal Mansion."

*****

Half an hour later, the two sat in a private room at the Royal Mansion. Fu Xinwu, familiar with the nu, ordered a few dishes, all of Yu Fengji’s favorites. He quietly noticed this and realized she must have paid attention on the day Huo Beijiang celebrated his marriage and treated them at the Royal Mansion.

This guess made Yu Fengji’s heart feel like it was sweetened with honey.

After eating, Yu Fengji finally asked, "Xinwu, are you still going abroad?" Although he appeared calm on the surface, he was actually very nervous inside.

"I’m not going abroad anymore."

Instantly, Yu Fengji was so excited that he suddenly picked Fu Xinwu up in his arms. It startled Fu Xinwu, "Xinwu, thank you, thank you, thank you..." He said thank you several tis in a row.
