Capítulo 1834: Chapter 1852: Erging from the Mist (Part 4)

Her original plan was to get her master’s degree and then study abroad, and to do volunteer work during her studies. But now, if she wants to accompany her grandparents, she can’t go abroad.

Huo Kewei glanced at her and finally said, “If you really want to study abroad, then go for it. After all, you can co back often while studying. We’re wealthy, we can afford the tickets; you can fly as many tis as you want. If that’s not enough, I’ll buy you a private plane.”

That was very extravagant.

Fu Xinwu’s eyes lit up, “Right! Why didn’t I think of buying a private plane? That would make things much more convenient.” The Fu Family is also extrely wealthy, with plenty of money. And Fu Xinwu is the sole heir, so buying a plane isn’t an impossible task for her.

She just didn’t think of it earlier. Now after Huo Kewei ntioned it, Fu Xinwu suddenly realized that her current lifestyle doesn’t match her affluent background at all; it’s much too down-to-earth. Over ti, she had forgotten that she was still a rich person.

Huo Kewei looked at her with disdain, guessing that this silly girl had forgotten her status and ability to spend freely. No matter how things go for the Huo Family or how much pressure its n bear, they will always support Fu Xinwu.

Three young nurses passed by the two of them with a look of disbelief, secretly thinking it was absurd to dream like this in broad daylight. But when they turned to look at the special ward the pair was guarding, they knew such a ward can’t be secured with just money. They were both envious and jealous; at such a young age, she could afford to study abroad and even buy a private plane for the convenience of coming ho.

They couldn’t even afford their own motorcycles!

Damn rich people, they’re so annoying.

Inside the room, Nan Fei could hear the conversation outside clearly, including the arrival of Ji Changfeng just now. Because of her treatnt, her eyes were wrapped in gauze. Lying on her bed, she pressed the call button by her hand.

Huo Kewei imdiately heard it and pushed the door open.

“Auntie, you’re awake? How are you feeling?”

Fu Xinwu followed closely, seeing Nan Fei trying to sit up, stepped forward to raise the front of the bed a bit, and placed a higher pillow under Nan Fei’s head so she could lean back more comfortably.

“It’s just dizziness, not that serious.”

Fu Xinwu dramatically sighed, “Ugh! Aunt, you’re just too strong. What seems really difficult and unbearable to us always seems like nothing to you. You always think you can handle it.”

She pouted as she spoke, “Look! Even now, you’re telling it’s nothing! How can it be nothing? Do you know? Your current state is like the end of the world for my uncle.”

Nan Fei was almost amused by her, “Xin Wu, I’ve noticed that since you returned from Bei Jiang, you’re completely different. Where’s your boldness? Your audacity?”

Fu Xinwu said sheepishly, “I ate it. Now that my uncle is back, how dare I be so audacious? It’s my uncle who should be the bold one, I’m just his little follower, his loyal lackey.”

That was really ingratiating.

“Oh please!” Huo Kewei couldn’t help but retort, “If you were in ancient tis, you’d definitely be the head eunuch, a chief among eunuchs.”

Fu Xinwu wasn’t bothered by the sarcasm at all, “I think you’re just jealous that I took your line.”

“No way!” Could he be so fawning? Well, okay! He kind of wanted to be ingratiating too.
