The lawyer cleared his throat, "Ahem... From now on, I will be handling all the lawsuits. I now formally inform both of you that you are not allowed to enter without the hoowner’s invitation; otherwise, it constitutes civil trespass."
The lawyer then introduced which law civil trespass violated and what consequences it had. Hearing this, Jiang Minmin and Liu Yongxia’s expressions varied, ultimately leaving dejectedly.
The lawyer followed them, not forgetting to shout, "Regarding your prior acts of defamation, extortion, and blackmail against my client, my client has formally filed a lawsuit. Lawyer letters and court summonses will soon be delivered. I suggest you stop and listen to what I have to say, or quickly hire an attorney. Given the large amount extorted, you could face up to more than ten years in prison."
Liu Yongxia stumbled and almost fell to the ground.
Jiang Minmin brushed her hands, not even bothering to offer a hand, and left hurriedly without a glance.

The living room returned to silence, not only quiet but with a hint of awkwardness in the air. Jiang Yang did not leave this ti; instead, he moved a small stool beside Nan Fei and sat down, waiting for the lawyer to co in from outside. He had all the prepared docunts laid out on the coffee table.
Jiang Yang helped place the docunts in front of Nan Fei, read them with her to confirm there were no issues, and pointed to places, saying, "Sister Nan Fei, sign here. And here, here, and here too."
A dozen or so docunts were quickly signed.
"All done!" Nan Fei put down the pen and smiled gently at Zhang Fengi, "Mom, I’ve signed everything. From now on, I have no relationship with the food factory. These..." She paused, swallowed the lump in her throat, and forced herself to continue in the calst voice.
"Consider this as a gift or a form of security from ." Believing that with these, they would never face poverty. Just the land on which the food factory stood was valuable.
"Nan Fei!" Zhang Fengi’s voice choked, her eyes red, "Keep these for yourself, we don’t need them."
"Yes! Keep them for yourself; we don’t need so much."
"That’s right, keep them!"
The three tried to persuade her, yet Nan Fei shook her head and refused.
"You keep them! These aren’t much to ."
The lawyer nodded in agreent, knowing that just one painting by the boss was priceless, not to ntion other assets and the partnership with President Chen.
Due to Nan Fei’s firm attitude, Guan Rufang waved a big hand, making the decision for Grandpa Jiang and Zhang Fengi. Nan Fei had nothing else to say, as everything was sorted, and Little Wang and the driver helped load the luggage into the car, preparing to depart.
The three walked them to the door, wanting to see them off further, but Nan Fei refused. Jiang Yang followed Nan Fei, waved to everyone, and helped Nan Fei into the car.
"We’re leaving."
"Hey! Try to co back and visit."
"Rember to call us when you reach the Imperial City."
Nan Fei agreed to their words of advice, but inwardly she knew the chances of her returning were slim. This was her hotown, yet no longer her ho. The car jolted along the crossroad in the countryside, causing her to lean against the window and think of her past life.
She rembered that in her past life, after finishing the family’s funeral, she left her hotown with Huo Beijiang and never returned. Years passed, and she never ca back until her death. After being reborn, she worked hard to change her destiny, as well as her family’s destiny.
