Chapter 1383: Chapter 1402: Revenge
The assailant struck with lightning speed, and the knife movent didn’t hesitate for a mont, sending Wang Dalì tumbling onto the ground in fright.
Despite his tendency to engage in petty theft, he acted tough at ho, yet he was actually a coward at heart, a classic bully that harbors fear towards the strong.
“Wang Dalì?” Feng Sha’s face, hidden in the darkness, now fully erged, mouth curling into a bloodthirsty smile.
“Who are you? What do you want? I have no money; my family is dirt-poor. If it’s money you’re after, go to Jiang De Chun’s place; they’re the richest in the whole county, and there happen to be no n at ho right now… Ah…”
Wang Dalì’s plea was cut short by a scream, his voice choking off as if his throat was suddenly clamped shut, unable to utter another sound.
Jiang i Li, hiding under the bed and trembling, attempted to flee, but Feng Sha blocked the door, leaving her no escape.
“I’ll give you all my money, just please spare !” Jiang i Li begged, knocking her head on the floor.
“I don’t want your money; I’m here for your lives.” As Feng Sha’s words fell, the knife in his hand swiftly slashed across Wang Dalì’s neck, blood spurting rhythmically. Eyes wide open in death, he lay on the cold ground as blood slowly drained from his body.
Jiang i Li was too terrified to make a sound, her body going limp on the bed.
“I… help…” He tried to cry for help, but couldn’t utter a word, just staring with wide-open eyes. He could almost hear the man in black’s words.
“I’m here to avenge Jiang Zhuanzhuan. Sooner or later, you reap what you sow,” Feng Sha grinned, baring his teeth.
Wang Dalì’s pupils dilated in shock, never having imagined it was all for the sake of avenging Jiang Zhuanzhuan. The one he had manipulated and who he thought was weak was now exacting revenge, was now here to kill him.
As Feng Sha spoke, he didn’t sit idle; his knife rose and fell, slicing into Wang Dalì’s flesh. The sensation of blood steadily draining away, the helplessness of watching one’s life fade along with the excruciating pain, was unbearable.
Wang Dalì tried to speak but couldn’t, not even able to wish for a quick death over the pain he couldn’t escape from.
He had never imagined such an end for himself; had he known, not for ten tis the courage would he have dared to harm Jiang Zhuanzhuan.
Feng Sha was a seasoned killer, fully aware of where to strike so as not to kill imdiately, yet maximize pain. Without blinking an eye, he turned and dragged Jiang i Li from the bed like one would a dead chicken, dropping her heavily onto the floor.
“Please don’t kill , it was all his doing, I had nothing to do with it,” Jiang i Li begged, sobbing so hard that her snot and tears mingled, knocking her head until it bled.
“It really has nothing to do with , I am Jiang Zhuanzhuan’s own aunt; you can’t kill , you can’t kill . I’ll apologize to Jiang Zhuanzhuan, I’ll kowtow to her, I’ll do whatever she asks, please don’t kill , I beg you.”
“So annoying.” Feng Sha attacked without rcy, and in a few swift moves, Jiang i Li lay in a pool of blood just like Wang Dalì.
The pool of blood beneath them grew larger and larger, and only then did Feng Sha say, “You have a daughter, right? Her na is Wang Yun Yun, if I recall.”
Jiang i Li’s eyes stayed wide open in ferocity and distortion, as if she wanted to rip Feng Sha to shreds alive, yet aside from awaiting her death, she could do nothing.
