"I know, that’s why I ca to you. Others may have my best interest at heart, but I know you are the one who can understand , right?" Nan Fei had been pondering over this matter ever since she learned about her health condition.
If she were to die or beco blind, she hoped to see Bei Jiang one last ti.
"You want to find Huo Beijiang?" Gu Qiu whispered, fearful their conversation might be overheard by the bodyguards outside.
"Exactly, I’ve asked around, and Bei Jiang’s current assignnt is very complicated, he won’t be back any ti soon." Nan Fei massaged her aching temples, her mood becoming even calr. Her decision wasn’t made hastily, and seeking Gu Qiu’s help was the only way.
