Having instructed Ying Xiaoya on a series of matters, Cheng Su herself dared not delay and rushed to the company without stopping, where her assistant, Mai Yani, greeted her as if she were a savior.
"President Cheng, you’re finally back!" Mai Yani said anxiously, "The newspaper has called several tis today, asking if our company has sold expired jam!"
Cheng Su’s footsteps halted as she glared at her, "How did you respond?"

"Go call Zhu Lifen over!" Cheng Su ordered.
Mai Yani quickly ran out, and soon after, Zhu Lifen ca over in a hurry, "President Cheng!"
"Bring
the order forms you’ve handled recently, both new and old!" Cheng Su didn’t beat around the bush as she continued, "Soone has reported our company to the Food Safety and Sanitation Departnt for selling expired and spoiled inferior products, and it’s even been leaked to the newspapers. County Chief Ying has managed to suppress the news for us! We need to handle this imdiately, or we’re in big trouble."
The color drained from Zhu Lifen’s face, "Could it be why there were several calls today asking if our company’s jam was expired?"
"I estimate the Food Safety and Sanitation Departnt will co for an inspection. First, get the recent business orders, then go to the workshop and instruct the workers to clean up every area again, strictly enforcing the dress code!" Cheng Su ordered urgently.

Zhu Lifen left in a hurry, and Cheng Su received a call from Ying Xiaoya. It was Prosperous Small Departnt Store on Zhengnan Second Road that had sold the product, receiving a hundred pounds of rchandise.
"Did you see it clearly? Are you sure it’s our product?" Cheng Su asked, "Could it be a counterfeit by soone else?"

After she finished talking with Ying Xiaoya, Zhu Lifen had already co back in, holding a file of business docunts.
Cheng Su directly asked her if there were any orders for Zhengnan Second Road.
Zhu Lifen was startled, opened her folder, and said, "There is such an order; it was placed not long ago. Let
see... Found it!"
She pointed out the order form to Cheng Su.
There indeed was an order for the Prosperous Small Departnt Store, a hundred-pound order, placed during the days Cheng Su was ill.
Cheng Su felt deflated upon seeing the na in the salesman’s signature column – Zhao Da.
"Has Zhao Da co in today?" Cheng Su asked.
"He said he was going to visit a client and hasn’t arrived yet," Zhu Lifen replied with so unease, then asked, "President Cheng, is it really a problem with our jam?"
"That’s what I should be asking you. When was this batch sent out, when was it made, and were the materials and processes used the sa? As the sales manager, you should be aware of these details," Cheng Su said with a piercing look, pausing before continuing, "Xiao Ya has already gone to check and confird it is indeed our jam. Go and find out when exactly this batch was made. I’ve already instructed her to bring back samples, so we can figure out what’s going on when they arrive."
Zhu Lifen’s face turned red as she said, "I’ll look it up right away."
"President Cheng," Mai Yani ran in, her voice filled with panic, "Soone who claims to be from Food Safety is outside, saying they want to carry out an inspection!"
Zhu Lifen’s face showed concern.
Cheng Su stood up abruptly, furrowing her brow.
