Yu Lan had always been a smart but kind girl and throughout the ti during her high school, many people would bully her for being poor, while many tried to stick to her for her beauty.
The girl friend's of her were envious of her in many aspects, one of which was due to her beauty and the other due to the pure and calmness she always had.
But this girl was not always the sa as she showed them, she was eky girl just a few years ago and would be always bullied by many.
But every ti one ca to bully her a figure would co to save her, yes that was her Big Brother Ye Qian. Ye Qian was from her ho town and they knew each other since they were small.
Ye Qian then left the town for further studies and ca to Shanghai, a few years later when Yu Lan family also settled in the city of Shanghai, but since she was new to the city and didn't know the way the people behave she was often bullied, it was good that but that ti she was in the sa High School that of Ye Qian, so every ti she was in an adverse situation Ye Qian would co to help her, it was until he left the High School and joined the University.
Still, she was in contact with him for more than 4 years and Ye Qian would also often co to et her at her ho, and sotis even giving her lessons.
Overti his figure was imprinted in her heart and mind and that she didn't recognize until one day after many weeks and months passed and her Big Brother Ye Qian didn't co to et her, she thought since it was his final year he might be busy, so she didn't try to disturb him, then about a year past and she would often cry in her sleep as she missed her Big Brother Ye.
But that year she also had her final year at the High School so she was also pressured by her studies and the parents insisted her, to et Ye Qian if he had gone back to the town after the exams.
Finally, after the exams were finished she didn't even ate that day and packed her bag and rushed back to her hotown, with eagerness to see her big Brother Ye.
When she knocked on the door of her Big Brother's house she was greeted by Ye Qian's mother who cried as soon as she opened the door and embraces while she sobbed.
Yu Lan didn't know why but seeing her dear Big Brother Ye's mother wailing so loudly made her heart tighten as an unknown fear gripped her heart.

Her aunt who had stopped sobbing by now sniffed again and cried.
After so ti, she patted Yu Lan's head and said.
"You Big Brother, is no more, he has been missing for almost a year now and the police are also saying that he is most likely to be dead but his body was also not found so they are also not sure."
It was like for Yu Lan the sky fell on the ground and her world was destroyed.
Ye Qian's mother was about to say further but Yu Lan's eyes turned dark and she fainted.
The last thing she hard was the word wife.
Then she found herself in Ye Qian's bed with a lady tending a small baby in her hands was sitting by her side.
She woke up and saw that the little baby looked a lot much similar to her Big Brother.
She was then told about everything by the lady.
Yu Lan was first shocked by how beautiful the lady was and she was ber Big Brother Ye's wife.
Though she felt sad, a smile appeared on her lips when she saw the little girl in the woman's hands.
Yu Lan didn't stay for much longer in the town and bade her farewell to her grandparents and went back to Shanghai on that sa night.

A drop of tear fell from the corner of Yu Lan's eyes as her lips started trembling.
"Brother Ye."
She mumbled as she glanced at the multiplex.
"Miss, I think if you want to et the person, you will have to wait till the movie is finished and it's not much it's just about 45 minutes."
The guard felt sighed seeing Yu Lan's teary eyes and he could feel the longing she had through her desperate look as well.
The guard felt pity for her and said her to sit in the space provided, usually, people were not allowed to but he made an exception.
'This girl seems like really has t the person after a long ti.'
The guard thought and pointed at the chairs provided for the people.

Yu Lan took a glance at the theatre entrance again and turned to the chairs with her head down.
'So what if it's 45 minutes, it's just a little ti, I have waited for so long to see Brother Ye before now I know he is right in front of and I will et him, so there is nothing to feel sad about.'
Yu Lan thought of the ti she had been waiting to et Ye Qian and her eyes shone with a bright light as she held a determined look on her face.
'Yes, it's just 45 minutes, I can wait for my Big Brother Ye.'
As she thought, sothing changed in her and her whole aura changed.
The guar was shocked to notice the change in the girl and rubbed his eyes.
'Huh, what happened to her all of a sudden?'
He turned back to his duty and stood there.
While Yu Lan was walking to the chairs, a hand was put on her shoulder and she was stopped.
Yu Lan turned her head and glanced at the person who held her shoulder.
"Hey, Yu Lan what happened to you, you suddenly ran here, is there so problem?"
It was the sa girl who scolded Le Yun for calling Yu Lan nas.
The girl smiled at her and asked with worry.
"Nothing Yanran, I am fine and I have no issue with what you are asking about, I just... I..."
The issue the girls were talking about was naturally their bleeding issues as the girl nad Yanran was worried about Yu Lan.
She felt that if Yu Lan were to face her periods not that things will be much stressful for her.
Seeing that Yu Lan was fine she felt at ease, but as Yu Lan stuttered she felt sothing was wrong.
"Hey, Lan what are you here for?"
The girl called Lin stopped beside them and asked as she breathed.
"You are really fast, you should take part in the annual sports events and inter-college races."
Yu Lan's face flushed hearing her words and shook her head.
"I am not that much of an athlete."
She answered Lin and turned to Yanran.
"Yanran, I need to wait here for so ti."
"Huh, why are you waiting here?"
Yanran asked her as she glanced around.
"I have to et soone and he is in the theatre. The guard said that I can wait here for the while."
Yu Lan pointed and said.
"So it's true that you have a boyfriend huh, the rumours were no lies after all?"
Le Yun's voice ca from behind as they all walked in with Le Yun having his hand on Xiao Ya's waist.
"Here cos it again, the jealous brat's arrogance."
The girl Lin sneered while rolling her eyes at him.
Yanran almost burst laughing hearing Lin, while to say about Yu Lan it was a little complicated.
'Huh, Brother Ye is not my boyfriend but I wish he could be.'
Yu Lan thought as her face flushed and her cheeks turned bright red.
Yanran glanced at the change in Yu Lan and thought with wide eyes.
'Is that real she... she had a boyfriend and he is here, I never heard it from her, though we were so close.'
Lin also saw Yu Lan and her smile widened.
"Now that brat Le will die of envy for sure, hehe I have been waiting for this so long.'
She smirked at Le Yun as if telling him to see Yu Lan.
The girls with Le Yun were also shocked to see Yu Lan blushing and that was true for Xiao Ya.
This was the first ti they had seen Yu Lan behaving.
For them, it was no less than a miracle.
anwhile, Le Yun gripped his hand in anger which pinched Xiao ya's waist.
"Ahh, Young Master Le."
She cried with her face red, the pain caused her to shiver.
"Ok, we can all wait here, if you want to wait."
"Besides, we are all free and it won't be much of a problem."
Yanran suggested with a smile.
