Head Jiang was in dilemma, he now understood that Han Xiaowen knew all that had been transpired during the interview and she was giving him chance to leave Head Liu's side.
If Head Jiang still couldn't understand this, then him working for so long was just a waste.

And so if she were to fire both Head Liu and Head Jiang at once then it would be very detrintal to the company.
Although she would be able to stabilize the condition for so ti, but it would seriously affect the company in the long term.
So right now, she could only opt to remove one of them and then as ht situation got well, she would try to kick the other.
