Unknown to him that there were a few people searching for him and worrying about him, Ye Qian was sleeping on the sofa with a quilt placed on him.
anwhile, there were two pairs of eyes looking at his calm face as he had his eyes closed.
They belonged to Yuan ng and Ning Wei.
Yuan ng had her head turned between the bed while Ning Wei had her head away from it since she didn't want her action to be seen by Yuan ng.
But there was a similar expression in their eyes as they looked at him.
It was filled with gentleness and love.
"I wish that you will get the job easily and will not get too tired doing it."
Ning Wei mumbled, with her voice as low as that of a mosquito's flap.
anwhile, a smile rose at the corner of Ye Qian's lips.
Of course, he had not completely fallen asleep today and was simply resting with his eyes closed.
Seeing the smile appearing on his lips, Ning Wei was flustered and didn't know what to think, she quickly shut her eyes tight and started to act as if she was in deep sleep.
anwhile, Yuan ng giggled on the other side and smiled at Ye Qian while closing her eyes and sleeping calmly in presence of the person whom she loved.
"ngng, sleep well, you don't have to worry about anything, I will bring the hairpin back for you."
Ye Qian opened his eyes slightly taking a look at the gentle smile on Yuan ng's face as she slept with ease.
Of course, Ye Qian was saying about the hairpin that they had seen in the mall that day.
He now knew that other than her mother, there was no one really who cared for her in the Yuan Family, although he wondered why, but he didn't have the heart to ask this to her and open the old injuries of her heart which she had been trying to forget.
'I wonder why would ngng's father be like this?'
Ye Qian sighed while shaking his head and glanced at Little Qiqi.
He could not dare imagine how could one not love their child and hearing so much from Yuan ng so far, she had never ntioned her father.
And even if she sohow did, it would make her feel hurt and Ye Qian would also feel bad seeing Yuan ng like this.
Ye Qian sighed and closed his eyes.

With the rise of the new day, the sun basked the four lying on the bed in its light.
Of which two were getting the sunlight on their bums as they seed to be sleeping on their stomachs.
anwhile, on the other side of the two figures were two more which looked almost similar copies of them, just like the adult versions.
Of course, the two figures were the little girls and the ones on the side were their mothers.
"Hey wakey wakey, how long are you going to sleep?"
A chuckle was heard which made the two girls whimper with a pout and mumble.
"Papa, Qiqi has no school today, Qiqi wants to sleep."
"Umm, Papa, can I sleep for a bit more?"
The two whimpered while shaking their legs and holding the quilt tightly.
"Hey, you can sleep later, but you should not be on empty stomach for so long, wake up quick."
Ye Qian's voice made the little girls nod with a hum and they finally woke up while rubbing their eyes.
anwhile, their mothers also woke up and started to fold the beddings.
Seeing them yawning and rubbing their eyes and scratching their bellies, the two couldn't help but giggle.
"Papa, why are you wearing these clothes?"
Little Jia asked as she saw Ye Qian wearing a formal shirt and pants.
Right now, Ye Qian's clothes made him look very sensible and scholarly making Ning Wei take a few more looks at him.
As for Yuan ng, she was quite used to seeing Ye Qian like this before, but it had been many years since she had seen him in such clothes, so she also couldn't help but stare at him for a few more monts.
"Hey, didn't I say that I am going to apply for a job?"
Ye Qian chuckled and pinched the little girl's nose.

Little Jia nodded while Little Qiqi crawled to Ye Qian while raising her hands towards him.

Ye Qian picked up the little girl as she snuggled into his chest.
But after a mont seeing her holding her shirt with her hands, Ye Qian smiled wryly.
"Hey, wake up, no sleeping in my arms."
Although he said so, he still continued to rub the little girl's back as if wanting to let her continue to sleep.
Seeing him like this, they there giggled while Yuan ng asked.
"Qian'er, when is your appointnt?"
"The notice said that the interview should start at 11, but I will go beforehand just in case."
Ye Qian answered as he continued to pat the little girl's back gently.
"Hmm."
Yuan ng nodded and then picked up Little Jia as she tried to get down from the bed.
"Thank you, Aunt ng."
The little girl smiled as Yuan ng helped her down the floor.
"Co let's get ready."
Yuan ng nodded and then turned around along with the little girl and went into the bathroom.
Seeing Yuan ng and Little Jia go away, Ning Wei and Ye Qian who were the only ones in the room glanced at each other.
Of course, there was a bit of tension between the two.
Ye Qian clearly knew that Ning Wei liked him, but he could not give her what she wanted.
As for Ning Wei, although she was happy with what had happened yesterday in her house and how Ye Qian had treated her, there was still a small speck of unwillingness in her heart as she saw Ye Qian and Yuan ng.
