Ye Qian's words were like a loud bang to his friends who were ardently listening to him.

After another minute or two, the car stopped with the squeaking of the brakes.

Ye Qian could only nod and didn't say anything, he knew that Su Ren was finding it hard to digest that he was not here for all this long and even his parents and Yuan ng had been considering it he was dead.
And though Su Ren and others didn't know about all this, after getting to know about it was indeed a shocking thing.
Ye Qian knew that if they had known about him going missing then they might have tried their best to search for him while also taking care of his family for the ti.
If that might have happened then Yuan ng wouldn't have needed to suffer all this while.
"SIGH"
Thinking of Yuan ng, Ye Qian sighed and followed Su Ren who was walking into the entrance.
The cafe was a simple one while there were many students who sat while sipping on their cups while also gazing at their laptops and so were young couples who held hands while sipping their coffee.
Ye Qian smiled and didn't say anything, he understood one thing and that was that the world had changed a lot in these 5 years and it was his perspective of seeing the current world that would be thought as cheap if he were to say it out.
