In front of the entrance of Little Jia's school.
Su Ren was looking around with an annoyed look on his face.
If one were to look at him, they would feel that he was angry at sothing.
Finally, he got his hands in his pockets and started searching for everything that he had in his pockets.
"Ahh, why do I don't have anything useful when I want them?"
He looked quite frustrated after not finding any kind of simple thing that would be called a gift.
Usually, he would have many chocolates in his pockets which he would have while working and relish its taste while being one a bright mood.
Seeing his frustrated face, the pair of father and daughter looked at each other in confusion.
But Ye Qian had a wry smile on his lips as he knew that there was little to no way that he would be able to stop Su Ren from doing sothing which he wanted to.
Finally, after a minute of scratching every nook and cranny from the pockets of his clothes, jacket and not finding anything, Su Ren look at Little Jia with a defeated and feeble smile and said.
"My beautiful niece, sorry that I don't have anything to give you as a gift for our first eting."
If one looked at his face, he was really sad.
To him, Ye Qian was like his real brother and having spent more than half a decade as friends with each other their group of friends really stuck to each other.
But it was only Ye Qian whom no one was able to find or search for these couple of years, no matter how much they tried to.
Su Ren was squatting right in front of Little Jia and looking at his sorry face the little girl smiled and shook her head.
"Uncle Ren, eting you is a gift for Jia, I don't need any gift from you."
The little girl's smile was so sweet and innocent that the gloomy and sad Su Ren instantly felt a burst of energy in his body as he sprang up with joy.
"Haha, look Ye, she called Uncle, this girl is so sweet and good unlike soone here."
Saying that he glanced at the boy who was standing beside him and looking at Little Jia constantly.
"Hey you little guy, aren't you going to greet your little sister?"
He said with and pushed him ahead with a forced smile.
The little guy was staring at Little Jia with a bit of fear as he heard Su Ren's words.
"Hello, Big Brother."
The little girl smiled was the sa as before as innocent as always as he greeted the boy.
"Hey, why aren't you even replying to her greeting?"
There was a change in Su Ren's expression as he saw that the little guy had not yet greeted the little girl much less Ye Qian.
It was a good moral for children to greet their elders and now that Su Ren had t Ye Qian and then rembering that the little guy had not yet greeted Ye Qian, he was already a bit annoyed.
"Yes, yes."
"Hello, I am Gao."
The little guy said clumsily while taking glances at Little Jia since his head was still low.
Looking at his completely different behaviours from what he was used to, Su Ren looked at the little guy as if he was looking at a weird creature.
'Why is this brat behaving so shy and clumsy?'
He was used to his nephew bossing around in the house while always throwing a tantrum because he was too much pampered by his parents and grandparents.
If not for the little guy still was a child and was his won son, Su Ren had even thought of beating this little hoodlum till his bum swelled twice.
But then another thought popped out of nowhere in his mind.
'I can't be that this small hoodlum had started to like Jia?'
As soon as this thought popped into his mind he imdiately said.
"See Jia is like your little sister, so you need to take care of her and never allow other brats and girls to bully her."
His words were pretty smartly used and in this way, he was even telling the little guy to behave well with Little Jia and even making a sister-brother relation in his mind.
"Huh?"
The little guy looked at his uncle in confusion and nodded.
"Didn't you hear properly what I said?"
Su Ren's voice was stern as if, if the little guy didn't reply to him in a proper manner he would strip off his pants and start spanking him.
The little guy was feared with Su Ren's glare.
This was also the first ti Su Ren had glared at him and every ti the little guy would act over Su Ren would only scold him and do nothing, but this ti Su Ren's glare was definitely so easy threat, the little guy feared that he would surely be spanked this ti and nodded in haste.
"Yes Uncle, Jia is my little sister, I won't let others bully her."
He said with a determined look but didn't dare to look at Little Jia's face fearing that she would recognize him.
There was no way that he would be spared if his uncle were to know that he was the one who bullied this little girl on Friday and if the little girl recognized him when he could only bla himself and ask for his parents and grandparents.
Thinking of this, the little guy turned around and dashed out like a tiny rocket from their sight.
"Hey, where are you running?"
Seeing his nephew run away like a thief who was about to be caught, Su Ren was confused.
"Uncle, I will tell all my friends to take care of Little Sister as well."
The little guy was surely afraid and didn't even dare to turn around in only shouted while still running.
