In the dining room.
Grandma Yan was waiting with Grandpa Xiao in front of her and the two little girls were sitting beside her with their eyes still a bit sleepy.
"Here let Grandma wake you up properly."
Saying that she used a wet towel to wipe their faces.
In just a mont all of their sleepiness was gone and but still, they felt sluggish.
"Thank you, Grandma."
Little Jia gave a sweet smile and took a sip of water and felt afresh.
"My cute child."
Grandma Yan ran her hand on Little Jia's face and planted a kiss on her head.
"Hehe."
Little Jia giggled and then started to eat as Grandma Yan started to feed the two.
"Qiqi, eat quickly, the soon you eat, the quicker we will go back to sleep."
Little Jia said seeing that Little Qiqi was still sluggish and her head was dozing off.
She still had her small Doremon face pillow in her hand which she used to sleep with.
"Yes, co eat quick, Grandma will tell you a story later on."
Saying that Grandma Yan brought a spoonful of fried rice to her lips.
Ye Qian walked in while helping Ning Wei into the dining room and helped her sit.
He then turned to Yuan ng and said to Grandma Yan.
"Mom, we will go out for doing the things for the party."
"Hmm."
"Just rember to co soon and don't worry about anything else."
Grandma Yan waved her hand with a grin on her lips as she looked at Yuan ng and Ye Qian.
Who knew what she was thinking of but it didn't seem to be any good seeing her grinning from ear to ear.
"Sister Wei, we will co back in just an hour, don't do anything that will hurt you."
Yuan ng walked to Ning Wei and whispered lightly.
"Hmm."
"Don't worry, I won't do anything and just rest."
She smiled while glancing at Ye Qian who was also smiling at her and nodded.
"Qiqi, don't make trouble for your Aunt Wei."
Yuan ng gently caressed her hair while she was chewing her bite.
"Hmmm, yoop Mummoo."
While amidst of still chewing her morsel Little Qiqi blurted with a different language of her own.
Yuan ng chuckled and patted her head and walked to Ye Qian.
"Let's go."
"Mom, we will leave."
Saying that the both of them walked out of the kitchen.
They had already dressed up after serving all of them so there was nothing left.
With a simple maroon shirt and an elegant flowery patterned cardigan on top Yuan ng looked no less than a fashion model.
Paired along with her grey jeans which showed her slim and long legs she was completely a breathtaking one at that.
As soon as she wrapped the cardigan, Ye Qian's eyebrows raised in wonder.
"What?"
Rolling her eyes Yuan ng asked with a cheeky smile.
Of course, she knew what had happened but being a woman she wanted to be praised and complinted for her beauty as well.
"Hehe, my ngng looks so much beautifully now."
"Are you saying that I didn't look beautiful before?"
With a blank face, Yuan ng asked.
It seed like if Ye Qian didn't answer her question according to her will, then there was soone on this planet who would bleed for sure.
Ye Qian's brows furrowed while he thought what he should answer for.
There was no way he would be able to know what she was thinking as of now.
Or it might have been easy to complent her and win her heart.
But this was indeed tricky.
"Pftt."
Seeing Ye Qian's pondering and deep in thought look Yuan ng burst out laughing and held onto his arm.
"You don't need to answer, I know it."
Saying that she helped him get the shoes from the rack and helped him wear them.
"Hey what are you doing? Stop."
Ye Qian wanted to stop her from seeing what she was about to do.
It was completely out of his thought that she would do sothing like this.
"Let do it."
She said and held onto Ye Qian's feet and lifted while helping her wear the socks and shoes.
Ye Qian could only sigh and shook his head.
Though he could notice that she was doing this as to make herself feel contended this made his heart each even more for her.
If what he had hypothesized about her Sternum was true then it would be not much ti till Yuan ng would be able to live unless he were to find a treatnt and a way for it to work properly soon.
After helping Ye Qian wear his shoes Yuan ng had a bright smile and she started to wear her own.
There was a pleased look in her eyes as she looked at Ye Qian as she jumped excitedly again and hugged his arm with a beaming smile.
"Let's go."
"Hmm."
Ye Qian shook his head with a smile.
With that, the two walked out of the house and towards the road.
It was completely barren as if there was a plague going on in the city as soon as the couple saw the road.
Though it was a simple 5 ters road and not the main road where many vehicles would form traffic, today it was the weekend, and there was barely anyone seen here now.
Usually, this road would also be jam-packed with many cars which had families going out for a short picnic with their family and friends.
"It seems like those bunch of criminals were really sothing, just a few and the whole city is completely silent like a graveyard."
Yuan ng wondered with her brows raised as she looked to and fro at the whole empty road.
"Hmm."
"They were really so abdominals."
Ye Qian's lips curved into a smirk as he recalled how heartless those criminals were and wondered how could their entry into the city be noticed so late.
