Though it could only heal what looked like a drop in a bucket it was more than enough for Ye Qian as it lessened the pain which he was going through all the while ever since he ca back yesterday night.
At least sothing was better than nothing.
Ye Qian opened his eyes and a faint silvery light shone in them, it was just for a fraction of a second and no one was able to notice it, not even Little Qiqi who stood so close to him.

Little Qiqi asked with puppy eyes, she wanted to love her Papa just like he loved her and so she told him to squat while she fed him.

Ye Qian caressed her hair and held her hand as he walked to the sofa.

The living room was completely silent as all of them listened to the news ardently.
How would they not such a big thing had happened right in the city which they were living in and so they would be silent for sure.
anwhile, the reporter on the TV stopped and looked to his right from where a woman wearing a skirt and shirt walked while holding a folder in her hand.
She placed the folder on the desk and then whispered sothing into the man's ears.
The man's eyes widened as if in shock and he shiver for a mont before he could get back his cool.
Though the man was on the TV, Ye Qian could clearly notice the fright in the eyes of the reporter to whatever the woman had told him about.
The two little girls and the little sparrow was also quiet as she also heard the news, of course, she knew what had happened yesterday since the image of the factory was the sa as that of what she had seen yesterday, but she still didn't understand as to why was the man saying sothing that was completely different from what had really happened yesterday night.
This was not her fault as she was a Pridid Creature who didn't have any lie in their world, and it was not the reporter's fault either as he was only reading what he was told to and it was not his job to check if the things he was given to tell.
That was what the dia was these days, easily manipulated and doing more things that would attract people.
Ye Qian shook his head after noticing that the small sparrow was looking at him with confusion.
He understood why the little one was confused and he could do nothing about it, the sparrow, though was several tis older than him was still as pure as a newborn so she would never be able to understand unless she was thought of the world she was now living in.
And though Ye Qian knew that this would surely happen now or later as she continued to stay with them, he didn't want the sparrow to know the dark side of the world just like his little girls.
