"Wei, I am really sorry, I know I should not have shouted at you in the car and..."
Ye Qian understood that his not saying anything to her all this long had brought her to the edge of crying but she had been holding it since then.
But before he could continue any further, he heard her whimpering sound.
"SNIFFF SNIFFF"
Ning Wei shook her head and blabbered.
"I know I have been a bad mother just now, it was none of Jia's fault and yet I scolded her, SNIFF, I am really sorry, I know you are mad at for scolding Jia and I will not say that you are wrong, and...and you are indeed right for getting mad at ."
She didn't seem to have heard what Ye Qian had just said to her and continued with a serious look on her face and her eyes turning completely red which Ye Qian could see right now as she faced him.
"But SNIFF, I have reasons which I can not tell you right now, and I can't let Jia know of them ever either."
Through those read teary eyes, Ye Qian could see a determination that could not be broken no matter what thod was used.
"SIGH"
Ye Qian sighed and shook his head again.
"Wei, I will not force you to do anything that you don't want to."
He then extended his hand and placed it on his shoulder while releasing a thing strand of Spiritual Qi which helped her to stabilise her emotion since he knew that there were a few eyes staring at them and he didn't want to create a ss at this place.

"Thank you."
Ning Wei nodded while trying to find the handkerchief from her handbag and wipe her tears off.
"All of Sister ng's work went to waste, with crying once again."
She shook her head with a wry smile on her face as if she was mocking herself for being too emotional sotis.
Ye Qian shook his head hearing her words of self-denial.
"Alright, I should go now, thanks a lot for understanding , I know that no one can be a good father except for you for my Jia."
She smiled lovingly wanting to wipe her eyes.
But then she felt a gentle touch on her cheeks.
She was petrified as she felt Ye Qian rub her tear-smudged marks.
She could feel a coldness warp around her face as her tears were turned into nothing leaving a cold sensation on her cheeks.
"You should know Jia is now my daughter as well, so there is no one else better than as a father for her."
Ye Qian's words were filled with confidence and this was just because he thought he was a good father for Jia.
But because of what the little girl had said to him before when going to her school.
"Hmm."
Hearing his words and the change that she felt within him, Ning Wei would only nod while looking a the pure love in his eyes as he rembered the little girl's words.
"You know what Jia said to be when you were walking in the gate?"
Ye Qian asked with a smile that she had never seen on his face.
A smile which was filled with pride and also gentleness.
She had spent a bit of ti to have a sowhat understanding of Ye Qian.
And she knew that Ye Qian was soone who would never be proud of sothing.
Although he would be cheeky sotis and also a bit dumb, but pride was sothing that she had never seen in him during these 2 weeks she had spent along with him.
But there was also a sense of contentnt in his eyes which made him look even more charming to her as she gazed at him.
But she still didn't know what the two had talked about when she and Yuan ng were talking when reaching the little girl's school, she could only shake her head and wait for him to answer.
Ye Qian's smile widened as he continued.
"Jia said that although she doesn't know her real father, even if he were to co to her now, she would never leave ."
Ye Qian's words caused Ning Wei to subconsciously shudder.
To be said precisely, it was not because of Ye Qian's words, but the words JIA'S REAL FATHER that resulted in such a reaction from her.
But no matter how much Ye Qian's senses were sharp enough, with him being lost in his thought about what happened before, he didn't notice the change in Ning Wei.
"You know, although Jia's words would not an much to anyone else, but for , it was like she trusts a lot, and I would not want to break her trust, I will do everything that will be good for her."
Ye Qian looked into her eyes which were trembling and then continued.
"Because she is my daughter."
Ye Qian stood there for a few seconds, but seeing Ning Wei not moving at all, he frowned.
"Wei, what are you thinking about?"
"No...nothing."
Ning Wei shook her head and smiled.
"We are really fortunate for having t you, or I don't know if Jia would have been as cheerful as she is right now."
"If you think that way, then I am also fortunate, haha."
Ye Qian laughed.
"Okay, you should be going now."
"I have already made you stand here for so long, I hope you won't get a late mark."
Ye Qian smiled wryly, scratching the back of his head and apologized.
Ning Wei waved her hand and smiled.
"There is still ti, and there is nothing that I really have to work for, I already did it before."
Saying that she waved her hand before turning her back to him and walking into the gate before showing her ID to the guards as they let her enter.
Although the guards were aware of the teachers, it was still a protocol.
She once again turned to the gate and walked before waving at Ye Qian.
