"Ahh, no, no, we are not fighting, we are just old friends eting up after a long ti, you know that it could be a bit emotional."
Hearing the guards, Su Ren shook his head and placed his hand on top of Ye Qian's shoulder.
"Alright, since now my niece has gone to her school, I think it's ti for Sister In law to get to her work as well."
Su Ren muttered looking at Yuan ng and noticing the handbags in her hand.
"Hmm."
Ye Qian nodded.
He knew that Su Ren would not agree to any of his words if he were to say that he could get late for his own work if he were to go in order to drop Yuan ng and Ning Wei at their school.
"But don't you have your own office to go to, last ti you said that your office was close to my school but then I saw you taking a log turn to the other street."
Yuan ng pursed her lips and said with one of her brows raised.
"Eheh, that, Sister In Law, how can I let you get there alone after seeing you, didn't you go to your work by taxi on other days anyways, it's not any much troubleso for to be a few minutes late since I am the manager."
Seeing Yuan ng had caught his lie, Su Ren smiled wryly and shook his head with a serious face.
"SIGH, alright, I know that you are not going to listen anyways."
Yuan ng shook her head with a sigh accepting defeat.
"Sister-in-law and ummm... how about you two move forward, my car is just by the gate, it's a brown Honda, you will find it right away, I will co with Old Ye."
Not knowing how to address Ning Wei, Su Ren could only say that.
He had heard Little Jia call Ning Wei as her MOM, so he didn't need to think much to know that this lady was the little girl's mother.
In fact, she looked very much like the little girl in the first place so one didn't need to use much thinking to co to that conclusion either.
"Hmm, co quick, I don't want you to get late just because of us."
Saying that Yuan ng turned to Ning Wei.
"Sister Wei, let's go."
Ning Wei took a look at Ye Qian who still had not said a word to her since the ti that incident happened.
Although she felt bad, she knew that it was her fault as well, and Ye Qian definitely had the right to get angry at her as his love for Jia was so much.
She also didn't want to ask him anything that would make him more annoyed at her now.
Taking a glance at him and sighing in her heart, Ning Wei also walked along with Yuan ng.
anwhile, behind them, Ye Qian and Su Ren were also slowly walking towards the gate.
"Hey, Old Ye, is that Jia's mother?"

Ye Qian nodded but didn't say anything much.
"So all you said was indeed true, not only did you adopt Jia but also another child?"
When Su Ren heard Ye Qian that Jia was not really his daughter and about the circumstances which had led to him accepting her as one.
Of course, Su Ren didn't feel anything amiss since he was aware of Ye Qian and the fact that he had stayed away from his daughter for so many years would have created a soft spot in Ye Qian's heart, which made Su Ren sowhat understand Ye Qian's reason.
"But she looked a bit sad when she looked at you, did sothing happen between you two?"
Su Ren asked rembering the pitiful gaze of Ning Wei which he felt when she was about to walk with Yuan ng.
"Nothing like that, but she scolded Jia, which made a bit annoyed."
Ye Qian shook his head and sighed.
"Old Ye, I might not know what it is to have a family or a child, but I don't think that she would scold her child without any reason, maybe she is just troubled with sothing or the other in her heart."
Su Ren first thought of teasing Ye Qian using Ning Wei since she was so beautiful and even lived in his house.
But then seeing Ye Qian sigh and say that Jia was scolded by her mother, Su Ren knew that it was not the right ti to do sothing like that.
"Hmm, I know, maybe my silence hurt her even more than my voice would have. SIGH."
Ye Qian sighed shaking his head and looking at Ning Wei's back.
"Old Ye..."
Seeing the expression on Ye Qian's face, Su Ren was shocked.
It was because, from Ye Qian's expression, he could see that he really cared about this woman.
'Old Ye could not be lo...., no no, that is not possible, knowing him, Old Ye is only worried about her since she is Jia's mother, yes, if she is sad, then Jia would also remain sad, so he is worried about Jia.'
But then he rembered how Ning Wei had looked at Ye Qian, which was many tis similar to how Yuan ng would look at him.
'No, Old Ye and Yuan ng have been so good for all these years, and knowing Ye Qian for so many years, he would not be like those to do sothing like cheat her.'
He had seen Ye Qian and Yuan ng from the ti their relationship started, so Su Ren was clear about how much they had loved.
In fact, Yuan ng was said to be soone from a big family when they were at the University, but she had broken all her ties with her family in order to marry Ye Qian.
And knowing Ye Qian even before that, Su Ren was sure that he was not a person who would be like so people who would do sothing that would destroy his own family.
Especially after uniting with them for so long.
